前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T29239—2020《移动通信设备节能参数和测试方法基站》,与GB/T29239—
2020相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)增加了范围中关于5G(5GTDD和5GFDD)制式适用的内容(见第1章);
b)更改了满负荷的定义(见3.1.9,2020年版的3.1.9);
c)增加了分布式三级架构基站的说明和功耗定义(见4.2);
d)更改了LTE满负荷模型(见5.5.2,2020年版的5.5.2);
e)增加了5G(5GTDD和5GFDD)基站的参考基站配置和参考业务负荷模型(见5.6);
f)更改了环境温度测试参数(见6.1,2020年版的6.1);
g)增加了5G节能参数测试系统和测试参考点说明(见6.3);
h)增加了5G基站机顶输出功率时输出功率误差范围(见6.4);
i)增加了5G基站类型的测试步骤(见6.6)。

引言
随着中国通信产业的不断发展,通信已经成为国民经济发展的支柱产业,在国家大力开展节能减
排,走可持续发展循环经济道路的大背景下,为了更好地引导通信产品向节能降耗方向发展,指导相关
节能分级更加科学、合理,以切实达到节约能源、环境保护的目的,发布了GB/T26262—2010。
在GB/T26262—2010中规定节能参数是通信产品节能分级的依据,包括功耗、能效及辅助性参
数,其中功耗和能效是节能分级的主要依据。
本文件在考虑移动通信基站的自身特点基础上,选取了基站的功耗、基站的输出功率、基站的输入
输出功率比等作为移动通信基站的节能参数。本文件还提供了基站关键部件的节能参数,作为基站整
机节能情况的参考依据。

1范围
本文件描述了移动通信基站设备的节能参数、参考测试模型和测量方法。在测量方法中规定了测
试环境、供电、测试参考点、仪表、测量误差、测试数据记录等方面的要求。
本文件适用于GSM、TD⁃SCDMA、WCDMA、CDMA、LTE(TD⁃LTE和LTEFDD)和5G(5G
TDD和5GFDD)制式基站设备的节能测试。
