前言
根据安徽省市场监督管理局《关于下达2018年第三批安徽省
地方标准制修订计划的函》(皖市监函〔2019〕10号)的要求,标准
编制组经广泛调查和研究,认真总结我省实际情况,并在广泛征求
意见的基础上,制定本规程。
本规程共分9章:1.总则;2.术语;3.基本规定;4.室内外设计
参数及负荷计算;5.机组选型及输配系统设计;6.末端设计;7.施
工安装;8.调试、检验与验收;9.运行维护。
本规程由安徽省建筑设计研究总院股份有限公司和合肥通用
机械研究院有限公司为主编单位,会同有关单位共同编制。实施过
程中,如发现需要修改或补充之处,请将意见和建议反馈给安徽省

1总则
1.0.1为规范空气源热泵供暖空调系统在安徽省的设计、施工
安装和验收等工作,做到技术先进、经济合理、安全适用和保证
工程质量,制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于采用空气源热泵供暖空调系统的新建、改
建和扩建的居住建筑。
1.0.3空气源热泵供暖空调系统的设计、施工安装及验收,还
应符合国家和安徽省现行相关标准的规定。

2术语
2.0.1空气源热泵机组airsourceheatpumpunit
简称空气源热泵,以空气作为热源和热汇的制冷制热机组。
2.0.2B型空气源热泵机组typeBairsourceheatpumpunit
适用于环境温度不低于-15℃区域的空气源热泵机组。B型空
气源热泵机组名义制热工况为:室外干球温度-2℃、湿球温度-3℃。
2.0.3空气源热泵供暖空调系统heatingandairconditioning
systemofairsourceheatpump
以空气作为低位热源,由空气源热泵机组、输配系统、供
暖空调末端组成的系统。
2.0.4供暖工况性能系数coefficientonheatingcondition
在指定室外供暖温度条件下,机组的性能系数。
2.0.5低温水散热器lowtemperatureradiator
内置有强制对流设备,以45℃为额定供水温度的散热器产品。
2.0.6辐射供暖radiantheating
提升围护结构内表面中的一个或多个表面的温度,形成热辐
射面,通过辐射面以辐射和对流的传热方式向室内供暖的方式。
2.0.7平衡点温度balancepointtemperature
建筑的供暖热负荷与热泵机组制热量相等时所对应的室外
温度。
2.0.8有效制热量effectiveheatproduction
