本文件规定了煤矿用5G通信系统的分类、技术要求、试验方法和检验规则。
本文件适用于煤矿用5G通信系统(以下简称系统)。

3.2
煤矿用5G通信基站5Gcommunicationbasestationforcoalmines
煤矿用5G通信系统中,用于无线接入的通信设备,通过天线接收和发射射频信号,具有5G射频
信号发射和接收、无线/有线转换、与矿用5G通信基站控制器双向通信等功能。
3.3
煤矿用5G通信基站控制器5Gcommunicationbasebandcontrollerforcoalmines
煤矿用5G通信系统中,用于5G基带信号处理的通信设备,具有5G基带信号的调制和解调、无
线资源管理、信令处理、操作维护、时钟信号同步等功能,具有与传输网络的传输接口、操作维护接口、
环境监控设备接口等。
3.4
煤矿用5G通信核心网5Gcommunicationcorenetworkforacoalmines
煤矿用5G通信系统中,用于5G通信数据连接和服务的通信设备,采用服务化架构和分布式网络
功能设计,将用户面和控制面分离,根据实际需要部署,新的网络功能加入或撤出,不影响整体网络的
功能。
3.5
煤矿用5G通信传输网5Gcommunicationtransmissionnetworkforacoalmines
煤矿用5G通信系统中,用于连接5G通信基站控制器和5G通信核心网的通信设备,提供基础网
络连接服务。
3.6
煤矿用5G通信终端5Gcommunicationuserequipmentforcoalmines
煤矿用5G通信系统中,将语音、视频、图像、数据、文本和表格从物理展示转换为电子信号,或将
电子信号转换为物理展示的设备。
3.7
网络切片networkslice
根据不同的业务需求,提供特定网络能力和特征的多个端到端、虚拟的、隔离的、按需定制的逻辑
网络,提供逻辑隔离和业务保障的网络服务;通过设置业务的网络优先等级和拥塞预调度等,提供不同
等级的安全隔离逻辑网络;网络资源隔离切片为实时性、可靠性等要求高的业务,建立专用逻辑链路,
提供网络资源保障。
3.8
网络管理networkmanagement
规划、监督、控制网络资源的使用和网络的各种活动,以使网络的性能达到最优。
注:网络管理具有配置管理、性能管理、故障管理、安全管理等功能。

小区cell
一个基站或该基站的一部分(扇形天线)所覆盖的区域。

4.2分类
4.2.1按使用场所分类:
a)井工煤矿5G通信系统;
b)露天煤矿5G通信系统。
4.2.2按核心网部署分类:
a)煤矿部署独立的核心网设备;
b)煤矿部署核心网用户面,共享运营商核心网控制面。
5技术要求
5.1系统组成
煤矿用5G通信系统(以下简称系统)一般由煤矿用5G通信核心网(以下简称核心网)、煤矿用传
输网(以下简称传输网)、煤矿用5G通信基站控制器(以下简称基站控制器)、煤矿用5G通信基站(以
下简称基站)和煤矿用5G通信终端(以下简称终端)组成。
5.2井工煤矿系统架构
5.2.1井工煤矿系统一般由部署在地面的核心网,部署在地面/井下的传输设备和基站控制器,部署在
井下的基站和终端组成,井工煤矿系统架构如图1所示。基站控制器与基站宜独立设计,也可一体化。

5.2.2井工煤矿宜部署独立的核心网设备;也可在煤矿部署核心网用户面;核心网用户面应支持分布
式部署。
5.3露天煤矿系统架构
5.3.1露天煤矿系统主要包括核心网、传输设备、基站控制器、基站和终端,露天煤矿系统架构如图2
所示。

5.3.2露天煤矿宜在煤矿部署核心网用户面,与通信运营商公用5G网络控制面协同,并支持分布式
部署。
5.3.3露天煤矿的基站应能在极端环境温度和强风下正常工作。
5.3.4露天煤矿的系统应支持基站小区切换时的低时延传输,在运输车辆移动过程中,保障稳定的视
频回传和远程控制时延。
5.4基本要求
5.4.1系统应符合本文件和GB4943.1、MT/T1115、YD/T3615、YD/T3618、YD/T3929、YD/T3627
等标准的相关规定,取得矿用产品安全标志证书。直接接入公网的设备应取得电信设备进网许可证。
5.4.2系统宜支持独立组网、独立运行,在外部网络故障或断开时,系统应能安全、独立、稳定运行,保
证无线通信及数据传输的可靠、稳定。
5.4.3核心网的部署应保证煤矿业
