引言
GB/T43018《纺织装备互联互通与互操作》目前拟分为8个部分。
——第1部分:通用技术要求。目的在于对纺织装备互联互通与互操作总体架构、通信协议、信息
安全、通用信息模型、数据字典和信息模型的映射规则提出要求。
——第2部分:纺纱。目的在于对清梳联合机、并条机、条并卷机、精梳机、粗纱机、细纱机、自动络
筒机、转杯纺纱机、喷气涡流纺纱机、筒纱输送打包系统等短纤维纺纱装备的互联互通与互操
作架构、信息模型及数据字典提出要求。
——第3部分:化纤。目的在于对涤纶聚合设备、涤纶长丝设备、涤纶短纤设备、氨纶长丝设备、粘
胶短纤设备、厂内物流设备等化纤装备的互联互通与互操作架构、信息模型及数据字典提出
要求。
——第4部分:针织。目的在于对横机、圆纬机、经编机等针织装备的互联互通与互操作架构、信
息模型及数据字典提出要求。
——第5部分:非织造。目的在于对成网、固网等非织造装备的互联互通与互操作架构、信息模型
及数据字典提出要求。
——第6部分:机织。目的在于对机织装备的互联互通与互操作架构、信息模型及数据字典提出
要求。
——第7部分:染整。目的在于对连续式和间歇式染整装备的互联互通与互操作架构、信息模型
及数据字典提出要求。
——第8部分:评价与测试。目的在于对纺织装备各组分领域互联互通与互操作的评价、测试提
出要求。

1范围
本文件规定了非织造装备互联互通与互操作的架构、基本要求、信息模型、数据字典。
本文件适用于成网、固网等非织造装备互联互通与互操作系统的开发、设计、生产,以及非织造生
产企业智能化工厂建设和改造。

3术语和定义
GB/T43018.1、FZ/T90111—2016界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
梳理成网法cardingwebforming
采用类似传统纺织的前纺工艺,通过纤维开松、梳理等工序形成纤维网的方法。
3.2
气流成网法airlaid
将短纤维送至一气流束中,借助压力使气流束中的纤维散开并凝聚在移动的网帘上形成纤维网的
方法。
3.3
湿法成网法wetlaid
以水为介质,使短纤维均匀地悬浮于水中,并借助水流作用,使纤维沉积在透水的帘带或多孔滚筒
上,形成湿的纤网的方法。
3.4
纺丝成网法spunlaid
采用聚丙烯(PP)、聚酯(PET)、聚乳酸(PLA)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚酰胺(PA)等聚合物,通过熔融纺丝
将丝束直接铺放在输网帘上形成纤维网的方法。
