本文件规定了机械产品三维数字化建模能力分类、技能要求、评价方法、评价流程及评价文档管理
要求。
本文件适用于机械产品制造企业、质量检测机构、职工教育培训机构、机械类专业院校、社会组织、
行业主管部门进行人才队伍规划、教育培训、能力评价活动等。

GB/T15751界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
机械产品三维数字化建模能力three⁃dimensionaldigitalmodelingcapabilityofmechanical
products
在机械产品零部件的设计、生产、加工、装配和检验环节中,利用计算机三维建模软件,具备数字化
产品的建模、成图、仿真、虚拟样机创建和产品结构优化的能力。
4能力分类
机械产品三维数字化建模能力按照级别分为初级、中级和高级。
5技能要求
5.1通用要求
5.1.1机械产品三维数字化建模能力等级的初级、中级、高级,三个级别依次递进,高级别技能要求应
涵盖低级别技能要求。
a)初级:具备扎实的机械图样识图能力,熟悉国家标准,能熟练使用计算机软件,创建典型机械
产品的三维模型,进行虚拟装配,生成零件工程图和装配工程图。
b)中级:具备较为深入的机械设计和三维建模软件知识,能完成较为复杂的机械产品三维建模、
虚拟装配、图样输出和转换,能识别设计中的一般错误,进行产品结构优化设计;熟悉逆向工
程,熟悉3D打印,熟悉有限元分析;具备较强的沟通协作能力和解决问题的能力,能与其他
