引言
基于新一代信息技术的智能制造,贯穿工业产品设计、生产、管理、服务等生命周期各个阶段,具有
信息深度自感知、智慧优化自决策、控制精准自执行等特征,以实现制造业的智能、高效、协同、绿色、安
全发展的总体目标。测控装备作为实现工业过程智能化的核心设备,在生产、销售、运维等产品生命周
期各阶段,存在用户需求不清晰、不规范,大量不同厂商的设备描述信息格式不统一、不兼容等问题,严
重影响了设备信息的电子交换和自动处理。
为实现生产过程中各个阶段信息交换和资源共享,需要提供一个适用于工业过程,完整、系统、严
密的测控装备分类编码体系。该体系需明确设备描述信息的结构和属性,以统一的形式描述和表达,
便于电子交换和自动处理。
本文件提出了测控装备数据字典构建方法,对测控装备分类进行标准化编码,对属性进行结构化
描述,通过对测控节点标识、文档信息、设备信息等静态属性集进行分类,满足产品设计、生产、销售和
运维等环节的智能化需求;通过对通用状态、诊断状态、测量/反馈值等动态属性集进行分类,满足设备
运行管理智能化需求,进而指导装备生产、销售和用户共享数据,提升产品运维的效率和技术水平,降
低管理成本,为产品全生命周期管理提供科学依据。

测控装备measurementandcontrolequipment
应用于设计、生产/制造、管理和服务等过程中,直接或间接作用于对象产品、设备或工业生产过
程,具有测量、控制、执行至少一种功能的设备及系统。
注:本文件中测控装备是指工业生产过程中的测量仪表、控制设备、最终控制元件以及复合设备等类型。

包含一系列条目的表,一个含义对应字典中的一个条目,字典的一个条目只有一个含义。
