乳化沥青厂拌冷再生路面施工与验收技术规范
1范围
本文件规定了乳化沥青厂拌冷再生路面施工与验收技术的原路面调查及评价、材料、再生沥青混合
料配合比设计、乳化沥青冷再生路面施工、质量管理与检查验收的要求。
本文件适用于乳化沥青厂拌冷再生沥青路面工程。根据技术要求的不同,乳化沥青冷再生沥青混合
料可用于各类道路的底基层和基层,也可用于重交通荷载等级及以下公路和城镇道路的中、下沥青面层。
本文件可供设计、生产、施工、监理、咨询及建设单位参考。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
沥青混合料回收料reclaimedasphaltpavement(RAP)
采用铣刨、开挖等方式从沥青路面上获得的旧沥青混合料。

乳化沥青emulsifiedasphalt
石油沥青与水在乳化剂、稳定剂等作用下,经乳化加工制得的水包油状的均匀沥青乳液。

乳化沥青厂拌冷再生coldcentralplantrecyclingwithemulsifiedasphalt

将RAP运至拌和厂(场、站),经破碎、筛分,以一定比例的RAP与新集料、乳化沥青、矿粉、水
泥、水等进行常温拌和,铺筑形成路面结构层的沥青路面施工技术。

乳化沥青冷再生混合料emulsifiedasphaltcoldrecycledmixture
用乳化沥青、RAP、新的集料与矿粉、水泥、水等按一定比例常温拌和所形成的具有连续密级配的
沥青混合料。
3.5
RAP级配gradationofRAP
将预处理后的RAP样品烘干至恒重后,进行筛分测得的级配。
3.6
RAP矿料级配gradationofmineralaggregateinRAP
用抽提或燃烧法除去RAP中的沥青材料后,进行水洗筛分测得的矿料级配。
3.7
再生沥青混合料级配gradationofrecycledmixture
RAP与新矿料的合成级配。
3.8
再生沥青混合料矿料级配gradationofmineralaggregateinrecycledmixture
指RAP中的矿料与新矿料合成后的矿料级配。
3.9
RAP掺配比percentageofRAPinrecycledmixture
RAP的烘干质量占RAP与新加矿料总的烘干质量的百分比。
3.10
最佳含水率optimumwatercontent
乳化沥青冷再生混合料在最大干密度时水的质量与混合料烘干质量的百分比。
3.11
添加剂additiveagent
在乳化沥青冷再生混合料中用以提高集料与沥青的黏附性、调节乳化沥青破乳时间等作用的各类物
质的总称。
3.12
延迟时间delaytime
乳化沥青冷再生混合料从拌和完成后,在25℃气温下每隔一定时间成型标准劈裂试件,其密度与
劈裂强度损失均不超过5%的最大时间间隔。

5原路面调查及评价
5.1一般规定
乳化沥青厂拌冷再生工程在实施前应对原道路等级、修建时间、路面结构、路面材料、养护维修历
史等信息与原路面技术状况、交通流量、轴载分布等内容进行调查、检测,按JTG5210进行评价,验
证设计文件采用乳化沥青厂拌冷再生方案的可行性。
5.2原路面技术状况检查和评价
应通过以下调查与检测,并进行数据分析,评估其结果是否符合设计要求,当评估结果与设计要求
不符时,应申请设计方案变更。
a)调查待再生路段的路面损坏状况,包括但不限于路面损坏的类型、位置、形态、破损等级等。
b)路面内部结构状况检测,包括但不限于结构损坏类型、病害层位、病害等级、层间粘结状况、
结构层材料性能指标等。
c)路基路面排水状况检测,包括路表排水设施状况、路面结构内部排水状况、地下水排水状
况等。
d)路面技术指标检测,包括路面损坏状况指数PCI、路面结构强度指数PSSI、路面行驶质量指数
RQI、路面抗滑性能指数SRI、路面车辙深度指数RDI等。
e)再生层的下承层当量回弹模量、表面裂缝及分布情况等检测。
6材料
6.1一般规定
6.1.1用于乳化沥青厂拌冷再生混合料的原材料有:RAP、乳化沥青、集料、水泥、矿粉、水和添加剂
等。
6.1.2各种材料运至拌和场后应进行质量检验,经评定合格后方可使用。
6.2RAP
6.2.1RAP应经过预处理后方可使用,预处理方法应符合本文件8.3的相关规定。
6.2.2RAP的有关技术指标应按表1的要求进行检测,RAP的取样与试验分析方法应符合本文件附录A
的相关规定。
