下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

雷电灾害lightningdisaster
因雷击对生命体、建(构)筑物、电气和电子系统等所造成的损害。
3.2
雷电灾害调查lightningdisasterinvestigation
雷电灾害的现场勘察和取证、资料收集、技术鉴定和分析、评估并做出结论的过程。
3.3
剩磁residualmagnetism
铁磁体被导线短路电流或雷击电流形成的磁场磁化后所保留的磁性。

雷电定位系统lightninglocationsystem;LLS
闪电定位系统
通过探测雷电放电过程中产生的电磁辐射信号,采用多种雷电定位技术和方法,来确定雷电发生
时间、位置、极性等多项雷电参数的系统。
注:由多个设在不同地理位置的雷电传感器(又称子站)、数据处理和系统监控中心(又称中心站)、产品输出和显示
系统以及配套的通信设施等组成。
