前言

��本标准属于智能网能力集�的标准。智能网能力集���������是智能网����的第二个标准化阶

段。在业务方面,智能网能力集�在能力集�的基础上增加了业务管理业务、业务生成业务,并增加了一

些新的电信业务,包括�网间互通业务、多方呼叫处理业务以及消息的存储与转发业务。在能力方面,智

能网能力集�在能力集�的基础上增加了以下能力�中间呼叫打断和多方呼叫处理、网间互通�����

����、与呼叫相关的通路外的用户交互作用和与呼叫不相关的通路外的用户交互作用、消息的存储与转

发以及增强的���等。

��本标准的制定主要依据�����建议������《智能网����的介绍》�������和������《智能网能力

集�分布功能平面》�������。虽然在�����建议������《智能网����的介绍》�������中规定了业务

管理业务和业务生成业务以及相应的业务特征,但由于并未对支持这些业务的功能实体以及接口规程进行

标准化,故在本标准中没有列出。对于在�����建议������《智能网����的介绍》�������中规定的

只能部分支持的业务和业务特征,例如可能在���层支持但在协议层不支持的,本标准中也没有列出。
