公路路面预防养护技术规范
1范围
本文件规定了公路路面预防养护技术的术语和符号、基本规定、预防养护决策、预防养护工程设计、
沥青路面预防养护施工、水泥混凝土路面预防养护施工及预防养护后评估等内容。
本文件适用于各等级公路路面预防养护工程。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
路面预防养护pavementpreventivemaintenance

为防止病害发生或轻微病害扩展、减缓路面使用性能衰减、提升服务功能而预先主动采取的路面养
护措施。
3.2
灌缝crackfillingorcracksealing
采用专用的密封胶填充或密封路面裂缝的作业。
3.3
贴缝crackbanding
采用专用的贴缝带对沥青路面裂缝进行黏贴密封的作业,包括自黏式和热黏式两种工艺。
3.4
雾封层fogseal
采用专用高压喷洒设备将养护材料以雾状形式喷洒在沥青路面上形成的封层。
3.5
纤维碎石封层fiberstoneseal
采用专用设备在沥青路面上同步洒(撒)布第一层(改性)乳化沥青、纤维和第二层(改性)乳化
沥青,之后撒布碎石形成的封层。
3.6
复合封层compositeseal
由碎石封层或纤维碎石封层+微表处,或由碎石封层+稀浆封层组合而成的封层。
3.7
薄层罩面thinoverlays
在沥青路面上加铺的厚度为25mm~35mm的沥青混凝土面层。
3.8
超薄罩面ultra-thinoverlays
在沥青路面上加铺的厚度小于25mm的沥青混凝土面层。
3.9
封层罩面sealandoverlay
在碎石封层上铺设薄层罩面或超薄罩面组合形成的路面结构层。
3.10
就地热再生hotin-placerecycling
采用专用设备对沥青路面就地进行加热、翻松,掺入一定数量的新沥青、新沥青混合料、沥青再生
剂等,经热态拌和、摊铺、碾压等工序,实现旧沥青路面面层再生的技术,分为复拌再生和加铺再生两
种方式。
3.11
板底压浆slabvoidfilling
对水泥混凝土路面板底脱空区域进行压浆填充的作业。

5基本规定
5.1一般要求
5.1.1应按预防养护科学决策要求,根据养护规划及路面技术状况,做好路面预防养护规划,对路面
结构强度足够、路面状况尚好的路段积极实施预防养护。
5.1.2预防养护宜采取全寿命周期养护成本理念,在满足路面使用性能的前提下,选取安全可靠、技
术先进、经济合理、施工便捷、绿色环保的技术措施。
5.1.3路面预防养护工作包括:公路基本信息及路况检测调查与评价、决策、设计、施工和后评估等
内容。
5.1.4路面预防养护工程应根据设计对原路面局部病害进行处理。局部病害处理应作为预防养护工程
的组成部分。
5.1.5路面预防养护应积极稳妥地采用新技术、新材料、新设备和新工艺,尚无相关标准参照的,应
经过充分论证后方可规模化使用。
5.2工作流程
5.2.1应按JTG5210的规定,定期进行路面技术状况检测与评价,开展路面病害成因分析,及时更新
路面技术状况数据信息。
5.2.2路面技术状况检测应选择有相应资质的检测及评定单位。
5.2.3应按公路养护管理要求进行路面预防养护科学决策。采取的预防养护技术,应能满足公路等级、
路面技术状况、交通量及组成、气候条件等要求,且应能实现养护目标。
5.2.4预防养护工程设计阶段,应根据设计需要,在定期路况检测基础上补充开展有针对性的路况检
测、病害探查、材料检测与病害成因分析等。
5.2.5路面预防养护工程应加强质量管理和施工过程质量控制。
5.2.6路面预防养护宜进行跟踪观测和后评估,综合评价实施效果,做好技术总结。
5.2.7路面预防养护应按图1的工作流程进行。

6预防养护决策
6.1一般规定
6.1.1应根据路况检测数据与检查情况、养护资金、养护目标等,进行科学的预防养护决策。
6.1.2路面预防养护时间宜采用路况触发法确定,并综合考虑养护资金规模等现实情况,同时还应考
虑公路等级、使用年限、交通量及组成、气候条件等因素。
6.1.3预防养护技术选择应遵循下列原则:
a)根据养护目的和病害特征等,选择有针对性的技术。
b)优先选用经过本地工程实践验证、应用经验丰富且实施效果好的技术。
c)用于城镇过境段、净高受限路段、桥梁隧道等特殊路段时,应确认技术适用性。
d)有多种预防养护技术同时适用时,应进行技术经济性比选。
6.2预防养护时间
采用路况触发法确定预防养护时机时,宜以1000m为评价单元对路面技术状况进行评价,当评价
单元的路面技术状况符合表1或表2的规定时,宜实施预防养护。

6.3病害分析
6.3.1应通过病害分析,确定病害类型、病害发展层位及其产生原因,以及路面是否适合进行预防养
护。
6.3.2沥青路面适合预防养护的路面病害类型宜符合表3的规定;水泥混凝土路面适合预防养护的路
面病害类型宜符合表4的规定。

6.4对策选择
6.4.1沥青路面预防养护对策宜根据表5、表6和表7选取。

6.4.2水泥混凝土路面预防养护措施包括:更换填缝料、裂缝修补、板底压浆、板块修补、错台处理
和坑洞修补等,预防养护对策的选取可直接根据路面病害选取相应措施进行处理。
6.4.3当有多个预防养护技术可供选择时,可按本文件附录A的方法进行效益费用比较,从中选择出
效益费用最佳的预防养护对策。
7预防养护工程设计
7.1一般规定
7.1.1路面预防养护工程设计应包括调查与检测评价、技术设计、材料组成设计、交通组织设计等内
容。
7.1.2预防养护工程设计应遵循分段设计、分类处理的基本原则,以设计单元为单位进行设计,设计
单元长度应满足养护施工最小长度的要求。
7.1.3应根据需要对路面技术状况进行详细的调查和检测,对路面病害成因进行准确分析和判断。
7.1.4预防养护工程宜实行动态设计,当路面技术状况、材料情况等与设计阶段相比发生重大变化时,
应及时变更设计。
7.1.5预防养护涉及的交通组织设计,应符合G5768.4、JTG5421和JTGH30的有关规定。
7.2调查与检测评价
7.2.1路面调查应包括基础资料调查、养护历史调查及原施工图设计相关资料调查;路面检测包括路

面技术状况检测、专项数据检测。
7.2.2预防养护工程设计时应采用检测时间不超过6个月的路面技术状况检测数据,超出检测时间的
应按JTG5210的相关规定重新检测。
7.2.3宜以1000m为评价单元,对路面技术状况进行评价。高速公路可分车道进行调查和评价。
7.2.4沥青路面专项数据检测与分析应满足下列要求:
a)对于主要病害为裂缝的路段,应对其裂缝发展层位、发展形态、影响面积等进行专项调查,
分析裂缝产生原因,确定出现的裂缝病害是否适用灌缝、贴缝等技术。
b)对于主要病害为车辙的路段,应进行调查,分析车辙产生的原因,确定出现的车辙病害是否
适用预防养护技术。
c)对于主要病害为唧浆、坑槽等水损坏的路段,应对面层材料品质和空隙率、基层开裂情况、
路基路面排水系统等进行专项调查,判断路面渗水情况及排水系统的排水效果。
