本文件给出了支持大规模定制多主体画像的类型、组成要素以及系统的参考架构。

本文件适用于大规模定制模式下多主体画像系统的规划、搭建、验收和使用。

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

大规模定制masscustomization

根据客户的个性化需求,利用标准化、模块化、信息技术和先进制造技术等方法,降低产品的内部

多样性,增加客户可感知的外部多样性,以低成本、高质量和效率提供定制产品和服务的过程。

示例:订购个人电脑,客户指定处理器速度、内存大小、硬盘大小及速度、可移动存储设备的特性及许多其他选

项,而PC机则是在同一条生产线以低成本进行装配。

多主体画像multi﹘entityprofile

对“资源”“客户”和“产品”等各类主体进行统一的属性刻画。

3.3

客户画像userprofile

承载客户(或客户群)社会属性、生活习惯、消费行为的信息数据模型。

产品画像productprofile

产品的功能、设计、品质、价格等属性的信息数据模型。

3.5

资源画像resourceprofile

提供设计、制造、服务等能力的个人或企业主体信息数据模型。

交互interaction

人与人、人与设备、设备与设备间的双向信息交换。
