1范围
本文件规定了常德红茶工夫红茶的术语和定义、要求、工艺流程、加工技术要求、质量管理、标
志、标签、包装、运输和贮存。
本文件适用于常德红茶工夫红茶生产加工。

3术语和定义
GH/T1124界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
常德红茶Changdeblacktea
以农产品地理标志产品所界定的地域保护范围内生产的,适宜制作红茶的中小叶种或大叶种茶树品
种幼嫩芽叶为原料,按照常德红茶加工技术规程的要求,经过萎凋、揉捻、发酵、干燥、整形、拼配等
工艺加工而成的,具有金红汤、花蜜香、甘醇味品质特征的红茶产品。

常德红茶工夫红茶ChangdeblackteaCongoublacktea
以农产品地理标志产品所界定的地域保护范围内生产的,适宜制作红茶的中小叶种或大叶种茶树品
种幼嫩芽叶为原料,按照本文件的要求,经过萎凋、揉捻、发酵、初干、摊凉回潮、做形、提毫、足干
