近年来,废轮胎橡胶沥青及沥青混合料技术在国外许��多国家取得成功应用,应用范围逐渐增长。
我省从����年研发该技术,并且在多条公路上进行了试验与应用,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。为
了更好的规范和指导本技术的应用,保证采用橡胶沥青混合料施工的沥青路面质量,编制组在总结现
有应用及研究成果的基础上,参考国内外有关成果,编制了本标准。
本指南是根据近几年的研究成果及国内外的有关资料及工程实践��经验编制的,但是,由于本技术
在我国的应用时间较短,许多问题还需要进一步的研究和总结经验,希望各单位在使用过程中发现问

路用硫化废胎橡胶粉技术标准

���本标准适用于各种废旧轮胎加工成的未经脱硫的路用硫化橡胶粉�以下简称路用橡胶粉�。
���本标准规定了路用橡胶粉的分类方法、技术要求、试验方法和检测方法、包装、标识、存储和运
输的要求。

��路用废胎胶粉的一般要求
���路用废胎胶粉宜选用常温研磨粉碎的轮胎胶粉,应满足相应的理、化学指标。
���在保证易于碾压成型,且满足使用性能要求的前提下,应尽量选用较粗的废胎胶粉。通常情况
下,宜选择�����目之间的路用废胎胶粉。
���粒径小于����的级配橡胶粉也可以使用,应满足相应的物理、化学指标。
���路用橡胶粉的标识依据其粒径大小相对应的筛孔及原材料进行标识,执行����������中���系列
网孔尺寸方法。

硫化胶粉应��质地均匀,不得含有目测可见的木屑、金属、沙砾、污物和玻璃等非橡胶组分的杂质。
废胎胶粉中的纤维不得结团、不得有柱状的纤维颗粒。

本试验方法参考《公��路工程集料试验规程》�����,使用容量瓶法进行废胎胶粉的密度测试。

右,然后用滴管添加煤油,使油面和瓶颈刻度线齐平,再塞紧瓶塞,擦干瓶外水分,称其总质量���
倒出瓶中的煤油和试样,将瓶中的内外表面洗净,再向瓶内注人煤油至瓶颈刻度线,塞紧瓶塞,擦干
瓶外水分,称总质量��

由于废胎胶粉��密度较小,应采用精度较高的分析天平,测试的介质采用煤油。
由于废胎胶粉的粒子性质,表面有许多空隙,极易夹杂空气,数据偏差较大。��因此宜采用�个样
本的平行试验。

筛余物的测定可��以使用手工筛选的方法测定。

将制备好的样��品倒入有接受盘的标样筛中筛选。标样筛为标样分样筛和叠加于标样筛上部相临一
级�粒径大于所测标样�的标准筛。筛选时以一只手持筛并稍倾斜,使筛中试样均匀分布于网面,另
一只手轻轻敲击筛框,并水平旋动标准筛,经������筛选后,用刷子刷筛样品至试样一分钟从筛网中
的通过量低于�����时,即停止筛选,并称量滞留在筛网内的筛余试样,精确至�������。对于通过筛
网被盛于受盘中的试样,则移人下一档筛网中进行同样操作。

按照筛余物测��定的试验方法,筛网和接受盘中纤维会形成纤维球,将聚集在各层筛网中的纤维球
用尖嘴镊子取出,“纤维球”很可能裹着胶粉,先置于平板玻璃板上,晃动平板,将缠裹在纤维球中
的细胶份去除后。观察纤维性状,确定纤维没有结绳,纤维的长度保证在路用纤维的长度要求范围内。

路用硫��化橡胶粉以包包装,其内包装材料应为密封防潮结构,外包装材料可由供需双方协定。
每批产品都应有产品合格证,合格证内容包括�产品、商标、型号、制造日期、生产批号和��产品
的物理技术指标和化学技术指标。
