前言
为促进北京市有轨电车有序发展,落实北京市城市总体规划的要求,体现有
轨电车特点和北京地方特点,按照《北京市“十三五”时期城乡规划标准化工作
规划(2016-2020)》和原北京市质量技术监督局《关于印发2017年北京市地方标
准制修订项目计划的通知》(京质监发〔2017〕2号)的要求,经北京城建设计发
展集团股份有限公司会同有关单位共同编制、认真研究、反复讨论和修改,完成
了本规范的编制工作。
本标准共分19章和3个附录,主要内容包括:总则、术语、基本规定、规划、
运营组织与管理、交通综合设计、车辆、限界、线路、轨道、路基、结构、车站
建筑、供电、运营监控系统、车场、景观与绿化、环境保护、节能。
本规范由北京市规划和自然资源委员会归口管理,北京市城乡规划标准化办
公室负责日常管理,北京城建设计发展集团股份有限公司负责具体技术内容解释。
本标准执行过程中如有意见和建议,请寄送至北京市城乡规划标准化办公室,
