本文件规定了报废机动车回用件拆卸的总体要求、工艺流程、作业要求和质量保证,描述了对应的

回用件reusedparts
从报废机动车上拆解的能够再使用的零部件。

对报废机动车进行无害化处理、拆除主要总成和可再利用的零部件,对车体和结构件等进行拆分或
压扁的过程。
