本标准与ASMEB16.34a-1998《法兰、螺纹和焊接端连接的阀门》的一致性程度为非等效.主要差
异如下:
—本标准取消了ASMEB16.34a-1998中7,3渗漏探测装置的内容。
—本标准取消了ASMEB16.34a-1998中附录B射线照相规程和验收标准的内容。
—本标准取消了ASMEB16.34a-1998中附录C磁粉检验规程和验收标准的内容。
一一本标准取消了ASMEB16.34a-1998中附录D液体渗透检验规程和验收标准的内容
—本标准取消了ASMEB16.34a-1998中附录E超声波检验规程和验收标准的内容。
—本标准取消了ASMEB16.34a-1998中附录G限定压力级阀门要求的内容。
—本标准取消了ASMEB16.34a-1998中附录H质里体系程序的内容。

本标准代替GB/T122241989((钢制阀门一般要求》。
本标准与GB/T12224-1989相比主要变化如下:
—标准格式按GB/T1.1-2000标《准化工作导则第1部分:标准的结构和编写规则》作了
调整;
—适用范围由“公称压力PN16^-320”修改为“公称压力PN16-VPN760气
—在设计要求部分的端部尺寸内容增加了承插焊接端和螺纹连接端;
—本标准中“压力一温度额定值”的制定方法及不同材料的压力一温度额定值按本标准表2-1至
表2-12和GB/T9124-2000((钢制管法兰技术条件》的规定;
—对GB/T12224-1989材料部分的4,4"精密铸造件不得用于公称压力PN>100的阀门”的规
定作了相应修改;
—对GB/T12224-1989材料部分的4.5和4.6按ASME16.34:1998的规定作了相应修改;
—,在设计要求部分增加了阀门组件、安装限制、对夹式阀门3部分;
—增加了标准压力级阀门压力一温度额定值:
增加了阀门的检验与试验部分;
增加了缺陷清除与修复部分;
—增加了附录A管道公称尺寸和内径的关系;
—增加了附录B压力一温度额定值的确定方法;
—增加了附录C阀门的无损检验要求;
—增加了附录D特殊压力级阀门压力一温度额定值;
本标准技术内容与ASMEB16.34a--1998基本一致,技术水平与之相当
本标准附录A和附录B为资料性附录,附录C和附录D为规范性附录。

钢制阀门一般要求
范围
本标准规定了钢制阀门的压力一温度额定值、材料、设计要求、检验与试验、标志和无损检验与修复
等内容。
本标准适用于表1给出的各种材料,阀体可以是铸造、锻造和组焊加工,端部连接可以是法兰、螺
纹和焊接端连接,以及对夹式和单法兰安装的阀门。
本标准适用阀门的参数范围为:
a)公称压力PN16--PN760的阀门,公称压力PN760仅适用于焊接端阀门;
b)公称尺寸不大于DN125。的法兰连接端阀门和对焊连接端阀门;
c)公称尺寸不大于DN65的承插焊接端阀门和螺纹连接端阀门;
d)额定温度不大于5400C、公称压力不大于PN420的螺纹连接端阀门;
e)公称压力PN16-PN25的法兰连接端阀门,额定温度不大于540-C.

3压力一温度额定值
3.1概述
3.1.1压力一温度额定值
压力一温度额定值按表2的规定,除表2规定的以外按GB/T9124-2000的规定。
3.1.2标准压力级阀门
满足本标准要求的阀门,除满足附录C阀门的无损检验要求之外的阀门,都定为标准压力级阀门,
其压力一温度额定值按3.1.1的规定。
3.1.3特殊压力级阀门
满足3.1.2要求的阀门,并且满足附录C阀门的无损检验要求,其压力一温度额定值按附录D中
表D.1至表D.12的规定。特殊压力级额定值不适用于法兰连接端阀门。
3.1.4中间额定值阀门
在公称压力等级数值内,处于表列额定温度之间或额定压力之间的中间额定值可以用线性插值法
确定。但对法兰连接端阀门,不允许用线性插值法确定公称压力。
3.1.5组焊件
完全或部分用铸件、锻件、棒料、板材或管材组焊的阀门应满足下列要求:
