前言

本规程是根据《北京市“十二五”时期城乡规划标准化工作规划》和北京市质量技

术监督局《关于印发2014年北京市地方标准制修订项目计划的通知》(京质监标发(2014)

36号)的要求,对原北京市地方标准《北京市地下管线探测技术规程》DB11/T316-2005进

行了修订。

本规程的主要技术内容是:1总则;2术语与代号;3基本规定;4技术准备;5地下

管线调查;6地下管线探查;7地下管线测量;8地下管线数据处理及管线图编绘;9地下

管线数据库;10报告书编写和成果质量检查与验收。

修订的主要技术内容是:1标准编写格式改为工程建设标准格式;2增加了技术准备

一章,规定了地下管线探测前要做的技术准备;3增加了地下管廊的调查方法和相关调查

内容;4增加了地下控制测量的内容;5增加了对三维地下管线调查的要求;6增加了对新

技术、新仪器、新方法的具体应用规定;7修改了相应的附录。

本规程由北京市规划委员会归口管理并组织设施,由北京市测绘设计研究院负责具体技

术内容的解释。标准的日常管理机构为北京市城乡规划标准化办公室。

1总则

1.0.1为统一地下管线探测技术要求,保证地下管线探测的成果质量,制定本规程。

1.0.2本规程适用于北京市行政区域内的各种不同用途的地下管线的资料整合、探查、测

量、数据库建设和动态更新等工作。

1.0.3地下管线探测除应符合本规程外,尚应符合国家和北京市地方现行有关标准的规定。

2术语和代号

2.1术语

2.1.1地下管线undergroundpipelinesandcables

埋设于地下的供水、排水、燃气、热力、电力、通信、广播电视、工业、地下管廊等

管线及附属物的统称。

2.1.2地下管线探测detectingandsurveyingofundergroundpipelinesandcables

采用实地调查、仪器探查和实地测量方法确定地下管线的空间位置及属性的过程。

2.1.3管线点pointofundergroundpipelinesandcables

地下管线探测过程中,为准确描述地下管线的走向特征和附属物、建(构)筑物信息

而设立的管线探测点。

管线点包括管线线路上的特征点,管线附属物、建(构)筑物的几何中心点及根据需

要在管线线路上布设的其他测点。

2.1.4小室Cell

实地投影面积大于等于2平方米的管线地下附属物或建(构)筑物。
