本文件规定了预报员培训灾害个例(不包含强对流个例)入选条件、入选方法。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
降水量precipitation
某一时段内,从天空降落到地面上的液态(降雨)或固态(降雪)(经融化后)降水,未经蒸发、
渗透、流失而在水平面上积聚的深度,规定以毫米(mm)为深度单位。

国家级地面气象观测站nationalsurfacemeteorologicalstation
根据国家气候区划以及全球气候观测系统的要求,为获取具有充分代表性的长期、连续资料而设置
的地面气象观测站;或根据全国气候分析和天气预报的需要所设置的地面气象观测站;或按省(区、市)
行政区划设置的地面观测站。
