前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T26347—2010《蚊虫抗药性检测方法生物测定法》,与GB/T26347—2010相
比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)删除了“敏感基线”“F1代”2个术语(见2010年版的2.1、2.3);
b)增加了“敏感品系”“待测种群”“诊断时间”“增效剂”4个术语(见3.1、3.2、3.4、3.5);
c)更改了术语“诊断剂量”(见3.3,2010年版的2.2);
d)更改了试剂和器材的要求(见第5章和第6章,2010年版的第4章和第5章);
e)增加了数据处理和死亡判断的表述(见8.1.4和8.2.3);
f)增加了玻璃瓶法的测定方法(见8.2.2.2.2);
g)更改了诊断剂量法的结果判定(见8.2.4,2010年版的8.4);
h)增加了基于增效剂PBO与杀虫剂联用的抗药性类型测定(见第9章)。

1范围
本文件规定了蚊虫对有机磷类、氨基甲酸酯类、拟除虫菊酯类等杀虫剂抗药性检测时,试虫、试剂、
器材、测试条件的要求,描述了蚊虫抗药性水平的测定方法和基于增效剂PBO与杀虫剂联用的抗药性
类型测定方法。
本文件适用于淡色库蚊(Culexpipienspallens)、致倦库蚊(Cx.pipiensquinquefasciatus)、白纹伊蚊
(Aedesalbopictus)、埃及伊蚊(Aedesaegypti)、中华按蚊(Anophelessinensis)等蚊虫抗药性的生物测定。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
敏感品系susceptiblestrain
由于未曾接触过杀虫剂而保持对杀虫剂具有敏感状态,遗传上较均一的试虫种群。
3.2
待测种群testpopulation
从野外(现场)特定地点和时间采集的、需要进行杀虫剂敏感性测试的目标昆虫群体。
3.3
诊断剂量diagnosticdose
99%99.9%[99%LD99.9%
能杀死媒介生物敏感品系或个体的杀虫剂剂量致死量(99)或致死量
LD][99%LC99.9%LC]
(99.9)或浓度值致死浓度(99)或致死浓度(99.9)的数倍。
注:用以区分敏感和抗性种群。

诊断时间diagnostictime
成蚊玻璃瓶法中某剂量杀虫剂杀死全部敏感品系蚊虫的时间。
3.5
增效剂synergist
本身无生物活性,但能与杀虫剂混用显著提升其毒力与药效的助剂。

实验室标准化饲养的形态完整、活动灵敏、体型大小一致的蚊虫。
