T/CBMF /Z 76-2020 水泥窑协同应急处置新冠肺炎医疗废物技术规程

主要技术内容:本标准规定了利用水泥窑协同应急处置新型冠状病毒肺炎（以下简称新冠肺炎）疫情期间医疗废物的术语和定义、基本要求、人员防护及健康要求、运行要求、应急准备与响应、污染物排放控制要求和处置运营记录。本标准适用于水泥窑协同处置新冠肺炎医疗废物（以下简称新冠医废）。其他类型的疫情、突发公共卫生事件产生的医疗废物处置可参照执行。This standard specifies the terms and definitions about  the emergency  co-processing of the novel coronavirus pneumonia (hereinafter referred as COVID-19) related medical waste in cement kiln, and the co-processing related basic requirements, staff  protection and health requirements, operation requirements, emergency preparedness and response, requirements for pollution control and the disposal operation record.This standard is applicable to the co-processing of the novel coronavirus pneumonia related medical waste (hereinafter referred as COVID-19 medical waste) in cement kiln. It can also be used as a reference in disposal of medical waste from other  epidemics and public health emergencies.
