1范围
本文件规定了井工煤矿防灭火的总体要求、火灾防治、应急处置和火区管理相关要求。
本文件适用于井工煤矿内因火灾、外因火灾及对井下有威胁的井口地面火灾的防治。

GB/T15663.8界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
内因火灾spontaneouscombustion;spontaneousfire
由于煤炭或其他易燃物质自身氧化蓄热,发生燃烧而引起的火灾。

外因火灾exogenousfire;externalfire
由外部火源(如明火电、爆破、电流短路、摩擦等)引起的火灾。

3.3
自燃倾向性coalspontaneouscombustiontendency
煤在常温下氧化能力的内在属性。
注:自燃倾向性分为容易自燃、自燃、不易自燃3类。
3.4
自然发火标志气体临界值criticalvalueofspontaneouscombustionmarkgas
用于预测煤自然发火过程不同氧化阶段的标志性气体浓度、气体浓度增率或者比值的阈值。
3.5
采空区自然发火“三带”threezonesforcoalspontaneouscombustioninthegoaf
采用后退式开采的采煤工作面,由切顶线向采空区方向形成的散热带、氧化带和窒息带。
