本文件适用于矫顽力0.2 A/m 至160 kA/m 的磁性材料。
注:本文件的磁性材料有软磁材料(如,铁、低碳钢、硅钢、其他钢、镍铁合金、铁钴合金、粉末冶金技术制成的
软磁材料、非晶软磁材料、纳米晶软磁材料)和硬磁材料[ 如,磁致伸缩合金、永(硬)磁合金、永(硬)磁
陶瓷、其他永(硬)磁材料、黏结(硬)磁材料][2]。
测量的矫顽力低于40 A/m、高电导率材料以及非椭圆形的试样,采用附录A 的特殊措施。

前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T13888—2009《在开磁路中测量磁性材料矫顽力的方法》,与GB/T13888—2009相
比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)更改了适用范围为0.2A/m至160kA/m的所有磁性材料(见第1章,2009年版的第1章);
b)更改了“矫顽力”的定义,增加了“退磁”的术语和定义(见3.1、3.2,2009年版的第3章);
c)更改了方法B中探头放置螺线管内的方法以及图的描述(见第4章,2009年版的第4章);
d)更改了试样的要求(见第5章,2009年版的第5章);
e)增加了螺线管、地磁场、静态和动态磁噪声场的补偿以及测量区域的磁屏蔽罩的要求(见第
6章、第7章及第8章);
f)更改了测量中的要求(见第9章,2009年版的第6章);
g)更改了再现性要求,按照不同测量范围分级细化再现性要求(见9.4,2009年版的6.4);
h)增加了复杂形状试样的矫顽力测量、软磁材料试样磁化强度幅值和持续时间的优化、螺线管中
试验的机械应力和温度等要求(见附录A,2009年版的附录A);
i)增加了方法C─采用振动样品强磁计测量开磁路中磁性材料的矫顽力(见附录B)。
本文件等同采用IEC60404﹘7:2019《磁性材料第7部分:在开磁路中测量磁性材料矫顽力(至
160kA/m)的方法》。
本文件做了下列最小限度的编辑性改动:
—修改标准名称为《在开磁路中测量磁性材料矫顽力(至160kA/m)的方法》;
—更改了第1章的注。
