前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则
第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件修改采用IEC61982﹘4:2015《电动道路车辆用二次电池(除锂)第4部分:镍氢电池和
模块安全要求》。
本文件与IEC61982﹘4:2015相比做了下述结构调整:
—本文件的3.7对应IEC61982﹘4:2015的3.8。
本文件与IEC61982﹘4:2015的技术差异及其原因如下:
—更改了范围,将原文内容改为注(见第1章),以适用我国产品标准的表述方法;
—更改了术语和定义(见第3章),按照我国标准中的术语和定义进行修改,并删除了不适用本
文件的术语和定义;
—增加了GB/T19596—2017(见3.1),引用我国相关标准,以适用我国产品标准的表述方法;
—更改了IEC61982﹘4:2015的3.1(见3.1),采用GB/T19596—2017的定义,以适用于我国
产品标准的表述方法;
—更改了IEC61982﹘4:2015中3.4(见3.4),采用GB/T19596—2017的定义,以适用于我国
产品标准的表述方法;
—删除了IEC61982﹘4:2015中3.7,经技术差异对比建议删除该定义,同时将环境温度(25℃±
2℃)列入正文;
—更改了IEC61982﹘4:2015中3.8(见3.7),采用GB/T19596—2017中3.3.3.2.5荷电状态的术
语定义,以适用于我国产品标准的表述方法;
—更改了IEC61982﹘4:2015中4.2.1,将25℃±2K改为25℃±2℃,统一了单位符号;
—增加了方案B(见6.2.2),确保试验的准确性;
—增加了规范性引用文件GB38031—2020(见6.2.2.2),引用我国相关标准,完善试验方法;
—增加了方案B(见6.3.1、6.3.2、6.4.1、6.4.2),确保试验的准确性;
—更改了IEC61982﹘4:2015中6.4.2.2(见6.4.2.2),经技术差异对比建议删除“要求电池电压
达到3V”的内容,以适用于我国镍氢电池行业现状;
—增加了方案B(见6.4.3),确保试验的准确性;
—更改了IEC61982﹘4:2015中6.4.3.2(见6.4.3.2),经技术差异对比建议删除“要求电池电压
达到-3V”的内容,以适用于我国镍氢电池行业现状。
本文件做了下列编辑性改动:
—将标准名称更改为《电动道路车辆用镍氢电池和模块
安全要求》;
—删除了参考文献。
