公路隧道监控量测技术规程

1范围

本文件规定了公路隧道监控量测技术及要求、监控量测方法、数据分析及信息反馈、监测成果等。

本文件适用于新建公路隧道监控量测,改扩建公路隧道监控量测可参照执行。

3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

监控量测monitoringmeasurement

对隧道支护结构、围岩和地表的变形和稳定状态进行的持续性观察和量测工作。

3.2

周边位移convergenceoftunnelinnerperimeter

隧道洞壁上两点间相对位置的变化。

3.3

拱顶下沉crownsettlement

隧道拱顶测点的竖向位移量。

3.4

拱脚下沉archsettlement

隧道拱脚测点的竖向位移量。

隧道施工扰动围岩引起的地表沉降量。

智能监测方法Intelligentmonitoringmeasurement

综合计算机技术、通信技术及传感器等构建的监控量测系统,实现监测数据的智能采集、传输、处

理、查询及浏览、预警及信息反馈等工作。

3.9

人工监测方法manualmonitoringmeasurement

测量人员利用测量设备对隧道支护结构、围岩和地表的形变进行的持续性观察和量测工作。

4基本规定

4.1.1监控量测实施机构应具备行业主管部门认可的资质,配备行业主管部门认可的专业人员,拥有

满足相应要求的设备和技术。

4.1.2监控量测仪器设备在使用前及使用过程中应进行定期的检查、校对和率定。

4.1.3监控量测实施前应根据设计文件编制监控量测实施方案,经监理单位、建设单位批准方可实施。

4.1.4对监控量测人员人身安全存在高风险的隧道监控量测工作应采用智能监控量测方法。

4.1.5监控设备和测点应具备警示标识。

5监控量测技术及要求

5.1监控量测要求

5.1.1监控量测项目应分为必测项目和选测项目,必测项目及设备应按表1确定。

5.1.2应根据设计要求、隧道断面形状和大小、埋深、围岩条件、周边环境、施工工法等条件选择选

测参数,选测项目及设备可按表2选择。

5.1.3监控量测工作可根据地质预报结果和开挖后揭露的地质条件及时增减选测项目。

5.2监控量测断面及测点布置

5.2.1监控量测项目和断面的选择应充分考虑围岩、施工工法和支护参数的变化,以下情况应增

加量测断面:

a)在围岩级别变化区域,尤其是岩性交界带处;

b)存在地质、地形偏压等地质条件复杂区段;

c)洞口段和浅埋段;

d)施工方案和支护参数发生变更的区段;

e)隧道出现塌方、涌水突泥等异常情况的区段。

5.2.2隧道地表沉降测点和隧道内周边位移、拱顶下沉测点应布置在同一断面里程,地表沉降监控量

测断面纵向间距按表3的要求布置,每个隧道沿轴向至少应布置两个量测断面。

注:H0为隧道埋深;B为隧道开挖宽度,下同。

5.2.3地表沉降测点横向间距宜为2m~5m。在隧道中线附近测点应适当加密,隧道中线两侧测量范

围应不小于2H0+2H+B,其测点布置如图1所示。小净距隧道和连拱隧道等特殊形式的隧道或地表建(构)

筑物对地表沉降有特殊要求时,量测间距应适当加密,范围应适当加宽。

5.2.4拱顶下沉测点和周边位移测点应布置在同一断面上,监控量测断面间距可按表4的要求布置。

拱顶下沉测点原则上应设置在拱顶轴线附近,当隧道跨度较大(三车道及以上)或存在偏压时,应结合

施工工法和地质条件在轴线两侧各增设至少一个测点。
