前言
为进一步提高安徽省高速公路建设质量、安全水平,规范高速公路建设管理,根
据交通运输部《关于开展高速公路施工标准化活动的通知》(交公路发〔2011〕70号
文)的要求,结合我省高速公路施工技术与管理情况,特编写《安徽省高速公路标准
化建设系列指南》。系列指南由工地标准化、施工标准化和管理标准化三部分组成,安
徽省高速公路施工标准化指南(以下简称《指南》)为系列指南第二部分,共分七册,
分别为路基、路面、桥涵、隧道、边坡与支挡工程、交通安全设施和机电工程。
本指南为“路面工程”分册,主要内容有范围、规范性引用文件、术语和定义、
总则、施工准备、底基层基层、透封黏层、热拌沥青混合料面层、水泥混凝土面层、
桥面沥青铺装工程、隧道复合路面、附属工程施工、安全施工和环境保护。
本指南适用于安徽省新建、改建(大修)、扩建的高速公路,一级公路及其他等级
公路项目可参照执行。在使用过程中发现的问题和修改意见,请与安徽省公路建设行
业协会联系(地址:合肥市太湖东路19号,邮编230051,邮箱AGJHX@126.com),以便
修订时完善。

1范围
本指南规定了安徽省高速公路路面工程施工技术要求。
本指南适用于安徽省新建、改建(大修)、扩建高速公路,一级公路及其他等
级公路项目可参照执行。

3术语和定义
3.1填料
在沥青混合料中起填充作用的粒径小于0.075mm的矿物质粉末。通常是石灰
岩等碱性石料加工磨细得到的矿粉,水泥、消石灰、粉煤灰等矿物质有时也可作
为填料使用。
3.2抗剥落剂
为提高集料与沥青的粘附性,增强沥青混合料抗水损害能力向沥青或沥青混
合料中加入的表面活化剂或石灰、水泥等填料,一般优先选用消石灰。
3.3乳化沥青
石油沥青与水在乳化剂、稳定剂等的作用下经乳化加工制得的均匀沥青产品,
也称沥青乳液。
3.4改性乳化沥青
在制作乳化沥青的过程中同时加入聚合物胶乳,或将聚合物胶乳与乳化沥青
成品混合,或对聚合物改性沥青进行乳化加工得到的乳化沥青产品。
3.5改性沥青
掺加橡胶、树脂、高分子聚合物、天然沥青、磨细的橡胶粉,或其他填料等
外掺剂(改性剂)制成的沥青混合料,从而使沥青或沥青混合料的性能得以改善。
3.6透层
为使沥青面层与非沥青材料基层结合良好,在基层上喷洒液体石油沥青、乳
化沥青、煤沥青而形成的透入基层表面一定深度的薄层。
3.7黏层
为加强路面沥青层与沥青层之间、沥青层与水泥混凝土路面之间的黏结而洒

布的沥青材料薄层。
3.8下封层
为封闭表面空隙、防止水分浸入而在沥青面层下面、基层表面上铺筑的有一
定厚度的沥青混合料薄层。
3.9级配碎石
粗、中、小碎石集料和石屑各占一定比例的混合料,其颗粒组成符合规定的
密实级配要求。
3.10水泥稳定碎石
在具有一定级配的碎石中,掺入适量的水泥和水,经拌和得到的混合料在压
实和养生后,其强度符合规定的要求。
3.11密级配沥青混合料
按密实级配原理设计组成的各种粒径颗粒的矿料与沥青结合料拌和而成,设
计空隙率较小(对不同交通及气候情况、层位可作适当调整)的密实式沥青混凝
土混合料(以AC表示)和密实式沥青稳定碎石混合料(以ATB表示)。按关键性
筛孔通过率的不同又可分为细型、粗型密级配混合料等。粗集料嵌挤作用较好的
也称嵌挤密实型沥青混合料。
3.12沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料
由沥青结合料与少量的纤维稳定剂、细集料以及较多量的填料(矿粉)组成
的沥青玛蹄脂填充于间断级配的粗集料骨架的间隙,组成一体的沥青混合料,简
称SMA。
3.13排水沥青路面
采用排水性沥青混合料作为表面层,其下设置防水层,渗入到排水性沥青层
内的水在防水层上横向流入边缘排水设施,而不再向下渗透到下承层的路面。
3.14环氧沥青
由环氧树脂、固化剂与基质沥青经复杂的化学改性所得的混合物。
3.15浇筑式沥青混凝土
指在高温(220~260℃)下拌和,依靠混合料自身的流动性摊铺成型无须碾压
的一种高沥青含量与高矿粉含量、空隙率小于1%的沥青混和物。

3.16喷砂抛丸
采取移动式喷砂抛丸设备,通过机械方法把钢珠以高速度抛射到混凝土铺装
层表面,利用冲击力将其表面的浮浆打掉,确保抛丸处理后的表面有均匀的粗糙
度和良好的清洁度。
3.17精铣刨
标准铣刨工艺的升级,是在普通铣刨机上更换“精铣刨鼓”,利用精铣刨鼓刀
间距更小的特点,一般小于或等于8mm,对路面实施更细密的铣刨处理。
3.18ERS铺装
全称为“树脂沥青组合体系”,其中,E代表EBCL,即环氧黏结碎石层,R
代表树脂沥青混凝土,S指SMA混凝土。ERS铺装结构从下至上为:EBCL层+
树脂沥青混凝土+防水黏结层+SMA。

4总则
4.1为规范高速公路路面工程施工工艺,提高质量管理水平,保证施工质量安全,
防治路面施工中常见的质量通病,结合本省高速公路路面施工的实际情况,编制
本指南。
4.2本指南依据国家、交通运输部等工程建设主管部门发布的与之相关的文件、
标准、规范、规程和技术指南及行业内所采取的成熟和先进的技术和管理办法编
制。
4.3路面工程施工必须严格遵守国家和行业的安全生产法律、法规,积极改善施
工条件,制订切实可行的施工方案和安全生产措施,确保现场施工人员的安全和
身体健康。
4.4路面工程施工必须符合国家环境和生态保护的规定。
4.6路面施工必须有施工组织设计,并保证合理的施工工期。工期必须服从于工
程的质量,不得随意提前。
4.7路面各结构层正式施工前均应铺筑试验段,并根据试验段总结指导后续施工。
4.8路面工程施工应实行路面施工单位责任制,严格按照路面工程施工标准化指
南推行施工“零污染”,防治路面层间污染。
4.9路面施工单位的试验室应通过认证,取得相应的资质,试验人员持证上岗,
仪器设备必须检定合格。

4.10路面施工应推广成熟、先进的施工工艺和工法,积极采用经试验和实践证明
有效的新技术、新材料、新工艺。
4.11路面施工除应符合本指南外,尚应符合国家颁布的现行有关标准、规范的规
定。

5施工准备
5施工准备
5.1一般规定
5.1.1路面工程施工单位进场后应立即进行现场考察,收集气象、水文及地质
等资料,结合工程的主要分项及其特点,调查沿线料源的分布和交通条件,落实
拌和场站的具体位置、占地面积、平面布置等工作,并汇编调查报告,报请监理
工程师批准后,布置和建设驻地。
5.1.2路面施工单位项目经理部和拌和站建设应符合合同文件相关要求,满足
《安徽省高速公路工地标准化建设指南》(DB34/T1663-2012)要求。
5.1.3路面施工的基层、透层、封层、黏层、沥青面层、水泥混凝土面层和附
属工程等作业均应安排专业化队伍进行施工,施工前应根据施工进度计划、施工
技术水平等制定详细的施工计划,及时组织进场,满足施工需要。
5.2技术准备
5.2.1在设计交底前,应对设计文件进行复核,对设计中存在的问题及建议,
应及时以书面形式提请设计单位答复。
5.2.2应建立符合要求的工地试验室,工地试验室建成后应向有关部门履行验
收、备案手续。
5.2.3施工单位接桩后,应按合同文件的要求完成导线、水准点的复测和加密
测量工作,并保护好各桩点。

5.2.4编制实施性施工组织设计。施工单位应在签订合同协议书后,完成合同
履约检查,并在试验段施工前14天内完成施工组织设计的编制,其内容包括:编
制依据、工程概况、场地布置及临时工程的准备情况,主要施工人员、设备、机
构设置,工程项目的进度计划,材料及机械设备的进场供应计划,资金使用计划,
单位、分部、分项工程划分,工区划分,主要施工方案,施工方法及质量控制,
安全、环保、文明施工的各项保证体系和措施。
5.2.5完成单位、分部、分项工程的划分。施工单位应在工程开工前,根据《公
路工程质量检验评定标准》(JTGF80/1—2004)编制项目《单位、分部、分项工
程划分表》,并书面报送监理工程师审批,以此作为工程内业资料编制的依据之一。
5.2.6总体开工报告审批。施工单位应在开工前将总体开工报告报送监理工程
师审批,其内容应包括:施工机构、质检体系、安全体系、环保体系的建立和劳
动力安排,材料、机械及检测仪器设备进场情况,水电供应,临时设施的修建,
施工方案准备情况等。
5.2.7分部或分项工程开工报告审批。施工单位应在分部或分项工程开工前14
天,向监理工程师提交开工报告,其内容应包括:施工地段与工程名称、现场负
责人名单、施工组织和劳动力安排、材料供应及机械进场等情况、材料试验及质
量检查手段、水电供应、临时工程的修建、施工方案进度计划以及其他需要说明
的事项。
5.3机具准备
路面机械设备应按照投标承诺配备进场,本着性能优良、配套合理的原则,
根据施工进度计划分阶段、分期组织进场,以满足施工需要。
5.4材料准备
路面施工前,应提前做好沥青、抗剥落剂、矿粉、水泥、砂石料、钢筋等各
项材料的招标订购工作,并根据施工进度计划,制订材料供应计划。所有材料采
购均应严格材料验收和送检制度,杜绝不合格材料进入现场。
5.5作业面准备

5.5.1路面施工单位进场后,建设单位、监理单位应督促路基施工单位及时进
行路基、桥涵与隧道工程的交验,验收合格后须办理移交手续。
5.5.2所移交的路基及其段落内路槽、边坡防护、桥涵(包括铺装层、伸缩缝
预留槽、搭板、过渡板)、隧道应全部完成。
5.5.3应按照规范所规定的检查项目、方法、频率和设计要求对路基工程进行
核验。对于主线渐变段、主线弯桥、互通立交匝道等特殊路段的外形尺寸和高程,
台背回填质量,路基路面排水系统的衔接,伸缩缝预埋钢筋和搭板、过渡板等应
进行重点检查。
5.5.4路基、桥涵与隧道移交应由建设单位、监理单位、路基和路面施工单位
四方参加,须在路基施工单位自检合格、监理单位复核无误并签字确认后进行。
移交过程中发现的问题应按规范和设计要求处理到位。

6底基层、基层
6.1一般规定
6.1.1(底)基层结构应采用集中厂拌法拌制混合料,宜采用两台摊铺机梯队作
业,水泥稳定碎石(底)基层从加水拌和到碾压终了的时间不应超过水泥初凝时间。
6.1.2(底)基层应在气温较高的季节组织施工,施工期最低气温不低于5℃。
6.1.3在正式施工前,必须铺筑试验段,对施工工艺进行总结。
6.1.4(底)基层施工前,应清除作业面表面的浮土、积水等。底基层、下基层、
上基层应分层施工,下层水泥稳定碎石施工结束7d后即可进行上层水泥稳定碎石的
施工,两层施工间隔不宜长于30d。每层施工前应用自动收集清扫机清扫干净,并
保持施工现场界面湿润,两层水泥稳定碎石间应喷洒水泥净浆,水泥净浆技术要求
应符合设计图纸要求。
6.1.5(底)基层混合料压实厚度不应超过20cm。压实厚度超过上述规定时,应
分层铺筑,每层最小压实厚度为10cm,下层应稍厚。严禁用薄层贴补法进行找平。
应在混合料处于或略大于最佳含水率时进行碾压,直至达到按重型击实试验法或振
动成型法确定的要求压实度。分层铺筑时,每层都要做压实度检验。压实度检测时
挖出的坑洞应及时进行有效回填。
6.1.6级配碎石用于底基层时,应合理组织施工,确保级配碎石结构层施工后能
封闭交通,避免其在车辆的行驶作用下松散。
6.1.7当路面基层采用密级配沥青碎石基层(简称“沥青碎石基层”)结构时,
混合料公称最大粒径应与层厚相适应,压实厚度宜不小于集料公称最大粒径的3倍,
其中ATB-25适宜压实厚度为8~12cm,ATB-30适宜压实厚度为9~15cm。沥青碎石

基层施工过程中,应采取必要的技术措施防止离析。
6.2级配碎石底基层
6.2.1施工准备
材料
a)级配碎石所用集料必须清洁,不得含有机物、块状或团状的土块、杂物及其
他有害物质。
b)集料单个颗粒的最大粒径不应超过37.5mm,可按19~37.5mm、9.5~19mm、
4.75~9.5mm及0~4.75mm四种规格备料。
c)级配碎石用水应洁净,不含有害物质。
设备
a)拌和站:应配置产量大于500t/h的拌和站,要保证其出料能力超过摊铺能力
的10%~15%。料斗、水箱、罐仓应装配经计量部门计量标定合格的高精度电子动态
计量器。
b)摊铺机:同时使用两台摊铺机时要求同一机型,新旧程度相同,以保证摊铺
厚度一致,完整无缝,平整度好。
c)压路机:需满足每个作业面“三钢两胶”要求,至少应配备18~21t的振动压
路机3台,26t以上胶轮压路机2台。压路机的吨位和台数应与拌和站及摊铺机生
产能力相匹配,保证施工正常进行。
d)自卸汽车:运输车辆应采用18t以上自卸汽车,数量应与拌和设备、摊铺设
备、压实设备相匹配。
e)装载机:装料时应严格控制装料的高度以防止串料。
f)洒水车:应能保证已施工路段的养生需要。
g)自动收集的小型清扫收集机械2台。
工作面及测量准备
清除作业面表面的浮土、积水等。开始摊铺的前一天要做好测量放样工作,按
摊铺机宽度与传感器间距,一般在直线上间隔为10m,在平曲线上为5m,做出标记,
并打好导向控制线支架,根据松铺系数算出松铺厚度,决定导向控制线高度,挂好
导向控制线。用于控制摊铺机摊铺厚度控制线的钢丝拉力应不小于800N。
混合料配合比设计
a)在级配碎石混合料配合比设计开始前,要选取有代表性的样品进行原材料检
测试验,经检测合格后才能用于配合比设计。
