前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T19317.1—2003《小艇通海旋塞及贯穿艇体的附件第1部分:金属件》和
GB/T19317.2—2012《小艇通海旋塞及贯穿艇体的附件第2部分:非金属件》。与
GB/T19317.1—2003和GB/T19317.2—2012相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如
下:
—术语和定义中增加了“可达性”,删除了“耐腐蚀”“防腐蚀保护”和“泄水塞”(见第
3章,GB/T19317.1—2003的第3章);
—材料要求中增加了“强度要求”(见4.4);
—增加了耐腐蚀试验和UV稳定性试验(见附录B和附录C)。
本文件等同采用ISO9093:2020《小艇通海旋塞与贯穿艇体的附件》。

1范围
本文件规定了艇体长度(LH,定义见ISO8666:2020)不大于24m的小艇上使用的贯穿艇体的附
件、通海旋塞、软管接头及其装配件的制造和安装要求。
本文件不适用于发动机排气附件和贯穿艇体的航行驾驶连接件。
