前言
本规范是根据山东省住房和城乡建设厅,山东省质量技术监督局《关于申报
2014年工程建设标准制订、修订项目计划的通知》(鲁建标字[2014]1号)的要求,
规范编制组经过广泛调查研究,认真总结国内外桩基工程基桩检测的实践经验和科
研成果,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,修订了本规范。
本规范的主要技术内容是:总则、术语和符号、基本规定、单桩竖向抗压静载
试验(含慢速维持荷载法和快速维持荷载法)、单桩竖向抗拔静载试验、单桩自平
衡静载试验、单桩水平静载试验、高应变法、低应变法、、声波透射法、钻芯法及
有关附录。
本规范修订的主要内容是:
1进一步明确基桩检测方法选择原则及抽检数量的规定;
2增加了单桩自平衡静载试验,快速维持荷载法检测基桩承载力的内容;
3补充修改了钻芯法桩身质量的判定方法;
4有条件放宽了单桩自平衡静载试验和大吨位堆载时支墩边与基准桩中心距
离的要求;
5除抗裂控制条件外,明确了抗拔桩验收检测时施加荷载的最低要求;修改了
抗拔桩上拔量观测点的设置要求;
6修改了水平静载试验要求以及水平承载力特征值的判定方法;
7低应变法增加了对截面多变且变化幅度较大的灌注桩应进行辅助验证检测
的要求,以及使用带力传感器的锤击设备进行浅部缺陷测试判定的要求;
8增加了声波透射法现场自动检测及其仪器的相关要求;
9在声波透射法中,考虑了声速异常符合正态分布的对称性,通过工程应用统
计分析,将“单边剔除法”改为“双边剔除法”;
10增加了采用变异系数对检测剖面声速异常判断概率统计值进行限定的要
求;
11对声波透射法的桩身完整性判定方法进行了调整,考虑了多测线、多剖面
的参数的空间关联性;
12附录A中增加了采用滑动测微计测量桩身应变的方法;
13将原规范附录G关于声测管埋设要求的内容进行修改并纳入第10章;
14修改了附录H有关芯样尺寸测量的要求。

1总则
1.0.1为保障桩基工程质量,统一基桩检测方法,为设计、施工、质量验收提供可
靠依据,制定本规范。
1.0.2本规范适用于山东省区域内建筑基桩的承载力和桩身质量的检测与评价。
1.0.3基桩承载力和桩身质量的检测与评价必须综合考虑勘察、设计、施工及机具
工艺等因素,做到检测方法技术先进,安全适用,经济合理,结论正确。
1.0.4基桩承载力和桩身质量的检测与评价除应执行本规范外,尚应符合国家现行
有关标准、规范的规定。

2术语、符号
2.1术语
2.1.1基桩Foundationpile
桩基础中的单桩。
2.1.2桩身完整性Pileintegrity
反映桩身截面尺寸相对变化、桩身材料密实性和连续性的综合定性指标。
2.1.3桩身缺陷Piledefects
在一定程度上使桩身完整性恶化,引起桩身结构强度和耐久性降低,出现桩身
断裂、裂缝、缩颈、夹泥(杂物)、空洞、蜂窝、松散等现象的统称。
2.1.4静载试验Staticloadtest
在桩顶部逐级施加竖向压力、竖向上拔力或水平推力,观测桩顶部随时间产生
的沉降、上拔位移或水平位移,以确定相应的单桩竖向抗压承载力、单桩竖向抗拔
承载力或单桩水平承载力的试验方法。
2.1.5钻芯法Coredrillingmethod
用钻机钻取芯样,检测桩长、桩身缺陷、桩底沉渣厚度以及桩身混凝土的强度,
判定或鉴别桩端岩土性状的方法。
2.1.6低应变法Low–strainintegritytest
采用低能量瞬态或稳态方式在桩顶激振,实测桩顶部的速度时程曲线或速度导
纳曲线,通过波动理论的时域分析或频域分析,对桩身完整性进行判定的检测方法。
2.1.7高应变法High–straindynamictest
用重锤冲击桩顶,实测桩顶附近或桩顶部的速度和力时程曲线,通过波动理论
分析,对单桩竖向抗压承载力和桩身完整性进行判定的检测方法。
2.1.8声波透射法Cross–holesoniclogging
在预埋声测管之间发射并接收声波,通过实测声波在混凝土介质中传播的声
时、频率和波幅衰减等声学参数的相对变化,对桩身完整性进行检测的方法。
2.1.9桩身内力测试Internalforcetestingofpileshaft
2
通过桩身应变、位移的测试,计算荷载作用下桩侧阻力、桩端阻力或桩身弯矩
的试验方法。
2.1.10快速维持荷载法fasttest
相对于慢速维持荷载法而言,在静载荷作用下,每一小时加一级荷载,分析得
到的基桩承载力的方法。
2.1.11单桩自平衡静载试验Self-balancingtest
通过桩身某一部位预埋荷载箱并施力,使得桩身向上和向下互为反力以达到
力的平衡,分析得到单桩竖向承载力的试验方法。
