前言
根据北京市市场监督管理局《2020年北京市地方标准制修订项目计划》(京市监发
[2020]19号)的要求,规程编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结实践经验,参考国内相关标
准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,制定本规程。
本规程的主要技术内容是:1总则;2术语;3基本规定;4施工准备;5施工测量;6
盾构始发;7盾构掘进;8盾构接收;9特殊地段施工;10盾构保养与维修;11施工监控
量测;12成型隧道验收。
本规程由北京市住房和城乡建设委员会和北京市市场监督管理局共同负责管理,由北
京市住房和城乡建设委员会归口并负责组织实施,北京市政建设集团有限责任公司负责具
体技术内容的解释。执行过程中如有意见或建议,请寄送北京市政建设集团有限责任公司

1总则
1.0.1为指导北京市行政区域内城市轨道交通工程盾构法隧道施工,统一技术要求,加强施
工管理,保证施工质量和安全,满足技术先进、安全可靠、经济合理、绿色环保要求,制
定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于北京市行政区域内城市轨道交通工程采用预制管片拼装式土压平衡盾构
法施工的隧道工程。
1.0.3北京市行政区域内城市轨道交通工程盾构法施工除应符合本规程外,尚应符合国家及
北京市现行有关标准的规定。

2术语
2.0.1盾构shield
在钢壳体保护下完成隧道掘进、出渣、管片拼装等作业,由主机和后配套设备组成的
全断面推进式隧道施工机械设备。根据开挖面的稳定方式,分为土压平衡式盾构、泥水平
衡式盾构、敞开式盾构和气压平衡式盾构。
2.0.2盾构法shieldmethod
是暗挖法施工中的一种全机械化施工方法,它是将盾构机械在地中推进,通过盾构外
壳和管片支承四周围岩防止发生往隧道内的坍塌,同时在开挖面前方用切削装置进行土体
开挖,通过出土机械运出洞外,靠千斤顶在后部加压顶进,并拼装预制混凝土管片,形成
隧道结构的一种机械化施工方法。
2.0.3盾构始发shieldlaunching
盾构位于始发位置开始掘进的施工过程。
2.0.4盾构接收shieldarrival
盾构到达接收位置的施工过程。
2.0.5盾构基座shieldcradle
用于保持盾构始发、接收等姿态的支撑装置。
2.0.6反力架reactionframe
为盾构始发掘进提供反力的支撑装置。
2.0.7管片segment
隧道预制衬砌环的基本单元,管片的类型有钢筋混凝土管片、纤维混凝土管片、钢管
片、铸铁管片、复合管片等。
2.0.8负环管片temporarysegment
为盾构始发掘进传递推力的临时管片。
2.0.9壁后注浆back-fillgrouting
用浆液填充隧道衬砌环与地层之间空隙的施工工艺。
2.0.10铰接装置articulation
以液压油缸连接,可调节前后壳体相对姿态的装置。
2.0.11盾构姿态shieldpositionandstance
盾构主机的空间状态,通常采用横向偏差、竖向偏差、俯仰角、方位角、滚转角和切
口里程等参数描述。

2.0.12椭圆度ovality
圆形隧道管片衬砌拼装成环后隧道最大与最小内径的差值与隧道设计内径的比值,以
千分比表示。
2.0.13错台step
环内管片接缝处的偏差或环间管片间接缝处的偏差。
2.0.14联络通道connectdypass
连接同一线路上两条单线区间隧道的通道,在列车于区间遇火灾灾害、事故停运时,
供乘客由事故隧道向无事故隧道疏散逃生的过道。
