GB/T27861界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
静态试验statictest
以整个试验过程中试验介质不更换、不流动的方式进行的试验。
3.2
半静态试验semi⁃statictest
以定期(如24h)更换试验介质的方式进行的试验。
3.3
流水式试验flow⁃throughtest
以整个试验过程中试验介质自动、持续地被更换的方式进行的试验。
3.4
半数致死浓度medianlethalconcentration
引起50%的受试鱼卵死亡的受试物浓度。
注:以LC50表示。
3.5
板内质控internalplatecontrol
试验过程中,24孔细胞培养板上用于验证细胞培养板生产厂家或操作人员操作导致的潜在污染
风险以及可能影响试验结果的任何孔板效应(如温度梯度)的4个培养孔。
