范围
��本标准规定了���在汇接局或长途局的情况下,����与����配合的技术要求,主要包括由于智能
网的特殊要求对����协议的增强,以及��呼叫对����基本呼叫和����补充业务的影响,具体内容包
括����中需要增加的新参数、信令配合的程序等内容。

�概述
��在智能网的分布功能平面中定义了业务控制功能����、业务交换功能���、专用资源功能
����、业务管理功能����、呼叫控制功能����等功能实体,在这些功能实体中,���、��、���
和���与���与���的配合有关系。
��功能实体是由物理实体实现的,即���由业务控制点����实现,���、��由业务交换点���
实现,而���由智能外设���实现。
�����业务交换点�作为智能网的一个物理节点,需要向�从���发送�接收���操作�同时,��
又是网上的一个交换机,需要与前向和后向的其他交换机进行���信令的交换,所以���包括��和
���是���与���的配合点。本规范中的��点设在汇接局或长途局,且呼叫的全程都为���。���
