前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件是GB/T27995《半成品镜片毛坯》的第2部分。GB/T27995已经发布了以下部分:
——第1部分:单焦和多焦;
——第2部分:渐变焦。
本文件代替GB27995.2—2011《半成品眼镜片毛坯第2部分:渐变焦镜片毛坯规范》,与
GB27995.2—2011相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)增加了规范性引用的GB/T10050(见5.1.1);
b)删除了30mm的鉴别区域(见2011年版的5.4.1)。
本文件修改采用ISO10322⁃2:2016《眼科光学半成品眼镜片毛坯第2部分:渐进焦和渐退焦
眼镜片毛坯规范》。
本文件与ISO10322⁃2:2016相比,在结构上有部分调整,两个文件之间的结构编号变化对照一览
表见附录A。
本文件与ISO10322⁃2:2016的技术差异及其原因如下:
——用规范性引用的GB/T26397替换了ISO13666,并增加了规范性引用的GB45184(见第
3章),以适应我国的技术条件、增加可操作性;
——用规范性引用的GB/T10050替换了ISO7944(见5.1.1),以适应我国的技术条件、增加可操
作性;
——用规范性引用的GB/T17341替换了ISO8598(见附录C),以适应我国的技术条件、增加可
操作性;
——删除了基本要求(见ISO10322⁃2:2016的5.1),以适应我国的技术条件、增加可操作性;
——增加了几何尺寸试验方法(见6.3),以适应我国的技术条件、增加可操作性;
——更改了标记内容(见第7章,ISO10322⁃2:2016的7.1.1和7.1.2),以适应我国的技术条件;
——更改了标志内容(见第8章,ISO10322⁃2:2016的7.2和7.3),以适应我国的技术条件;
——删除了本部分的参考说明(见ISO10322⁃2:2016的第8章),以适应我国的技术条件;
——将资料性附录“用焦度计测量附加面焦度”更改为规范性附录(见附录C,ISO10322⁃2:2016
的附录B),以适应我国的技术条件。
本文件做了下列编辑性改动:
——为与我国现有标准协调,标准名称修改为《半成品镜片毛坯第2部分:渐变焦》;
——在表1中增加了注2。
