前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T25763—2010《滚动轴承汽车变速箱用滚针轴承》,与GB/T25763—2010相
比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)更改了适用范围(见第1章,2010年版的第1章);
b)增加了推力滚针轴承组件等部分滚针轴承分类(见第5章);
c)增加了推力滚针轴承组件等部分轴承的代号方法和代号示例(见6.2.3、6.4);
d)增加了推力滚针轴承组件等部分轴承的结构型式(见7.6);
e)增加了“外形尺寸”一章(见第8章);
f)更改了冲压外圈滚针轴承外径公差的尺寸范围(见表8,2010年版的表7);
g)增加了推力滚针轴承组件的公差(见表9、表10);
h)更改了清洁度控制指标及测试滤膜孔径尺寸(见9.7、10.6,2010年版的8.7、9.6)。
