6.3.2Thereliabilityrequirementsforthewholesorterareasfollows
a)Availability:≥99.5%;
b)Continueworkingduration:≥16h;
c)MTBF:≥500h;
d)Averagetimerequiredtoreplacethecrossbeltcarrier:≤0.5h。

6.4.1Theoperationpositionofthesortershouldhavesufficientspaceformovementandnohazard.The
structuraldesignoftheoperationandmaintenancepositionsshouldconformtotheergonomicprinciples.
6.4.2Allmovingpartsthatareeasytocausepersonalinjuryshouldbeequippedwithsafetyprotection
devicesandsafetywarningsigns,andshouldcomplywiththeprovisionsofGB2894.
6.4.3Whenthereisnodestinationorinductionalongthesorter,andtheheightofthetracksurfaceisgreater
than2meters,safetyflatnetsshouldbeinstalledonbothsidesofthetracktopreventitemsfromfalling.When
theheightofthetracksurfaceisnotgreaterthan2meters,safetyverticalnetsshouldbesetuponbothsidesto
preventdamage.ThesafetyflatnetworkshouldcomplywiththeprovisionsofGB5725,andthesafetyvertical
networkshouldcomplywiththeprovisionsofGB4053.3.
6.4.4 Theinductionareashouldbeequippedwithasafetynettopreventpersonnelfromtouchingthecrossbelt
carrier.
6.4.5Thesortershouldhaveprotectivemeasuresforleakageofelectricity,overload,shortcircuit,andphase
loss.
6.4.6Thesortershouldhaveastatusdisplayfunction,suchasnormaloperation,maintenance,faultor
