前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件为GB/T24630《产品几何技术规范(GPS)
平面度》的第2部分。GB/T24630已经发布
了以下部分:
—第1部分:词汇和参数;
—第2部分:规范操作集。
本文件代替GB/T24630.2—2009《产品几何技术规范(GPS)
平面度第2部分:规范操作
集》,与GB/T24630.2—2009相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)更改了范围的表述(见第1章,2009年版的第1章);
b)将“触针针尖”更改为“测针针头”(见第4章,2009年版的第4章)。
本文件等同采用ISO12781﹘2:2011《产品几何技术规范(GPS)
平面度第2部分:规范操
作集》。

引言
平面度是产品几何技术规范中常见的形状公差之一,也是评估产品几何形状精度的关键指标之一,
更是现代化生产制造过程中必不可少的技术要素之一。平面度作为几何误差中最基本的一项,对保证零
部件的精确定位和配合,提升产品的准确性和可靠性,优化制造流程有着重要的基础作用。精准的平面
度规范不仅能减少制造过程中的误差和损失,还能显著降低产品的故障率,延长产品使用寿命,让产品
更具竞争力。随着数字化测量技术和产品几何技术规范的发展,原标准中的相关定义与现行的国家
GPS标准不相称,技术要求落后于当前生产需求,不再能有效地规范和指导市场生产现状。修订后的标
准能够更好地规范和指导产品几何要素,为企业在设计、制造、检验等过程提供技术支持,牵引我国高
端装备制造业的发展。
GB/T24630旨在规定组成要素的平面度规范,由2个部分构成。
—第1部分:词汇和参数。目的在于界定单一组成要素平面度的术语和概念。
—第2部分:规范操作集。目的在于规定单一组成要素平面度的完整规范操作集。
