粉尘采样器检定规程
范围
本规程适用于粉尘采样器(含飘尘采样器)的首次检定、后续检定及使用中检验。
2术语
2.1粉尘采样器
用于定量采集悬浮在空气中固体颗粒的仪器。
2.2呼吸性粉尘采样器
具有前级分离器,能够定量采集悬浮于空气中并可进人人体呼吸系统的细微固体颗
粒的仪器。
2.3飘尘采样器
用于定量采集悬浮在大气中的粒径小于10tm的固体颗粒的仪器。
2.4连续粉尘采样器
在一个工作班或更长时间内连续采集空气中粉尘的仪器。
2.5短时粉尘采样器
定点、定时采集空气中粉尘的仪器,通常单个样品的采集时间在1h以内。
2.6负载能力
在规定的采样流量下,采样器克服气路、滤膜和粉尘的阻力大小。
2.7采样流量
采样时,单位时间内通过粉尘采样器采样口的空气体积。
3概述
我国目前测量空气中粉尘质量浓度的方法主要是计重法,其原理是用粉尘采样器抽
取一定体积的含尘空气,粉尘被捕集在质量已知的滤膜上,然后在实验室称量出含尘滤
膜的质量,并根据公式(1)计算出粉尘的质量浓度:

粉尘采样器主要由采样头、抽气泵、流量计、电源等部分组成。某些采样器还具有
采样时间显示、采样体积显示装置。
粉尘采样器按其工作时间分为短时和连续粉尘采样器;按其采尘粒径范围可分为总

粉尘和呼吸性粉尘采样器。
呼吸性粉尘采样器前级预捕集器主要有水平淘析器、惯性冲击器、旋风分离器和向
心分离器等类型。
飘尘采样器与粉尘采样器所不同的是其采样头带有10lm的切割器,对大于10tun
的尘粒进行分离,小于10Inn的尘粒随着气流经切割器出口被捕集在已知质量的滤膜
上。
