引言

GB/T44821《平流层飞艇通用技术要求》的制定是为了建立平流层飞艇研制、生产、使用的统一

标准,促进平流层飞艇领域健康快速发展,从而更好地满足和服务我国临近空间经济建设和安全需求。

GB/T44821拟由两个部分构成。

—第1部分:环境控制系统。目的在于针对平流层飞艇环境控制系统提出通用的技术要求、验证

试验以及标识、包装、运输和贮存要求,为平流层飞艇环境控制系统的设计与制造提供依据。

—第2部分:推进系统。目的在于针对平流层飞艇推进系统提出通用的技术要求、验证试验以及

标识、包装、运输和贮存要求,为平流层飞艇推进系统的设计与制造提供依据。

1范围

本文件规定了平流层飞艇环境控制系统的技术要求、验证试验以及标识、包装、运输和贮存要求。

本文件适用于平流层飞艇环境控制系统的设计与制造。对流层飞艇、高空气球的环境控制系统参照

使用。

GB/T43328界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

环境控制系统environmentalcontrolsystem

环控系统

用于控制飞艇吊舱内和各设备的工作环境温度,使工作环境温度处于规定范围内的系统。

4技术要求

4.1组成

环境控制系统应由以下分系统组成。

a)状态监测及告警分系统:由温度传感器等测量设备组成。

b)数据处理和控制分系统:由环控计算机、传感器采集箱等设备组成。

c)执行机构分系统:由散热风扇、电加热器、阀门等设备组成。

d)环境防护分系统:由热控涂层、保温板等设备组成。

4.2功能

4.2.1系统

应控制飞艇吊舱内和各设备工作环境的温度,使其处于规定范围内。

4.2.2状态监测及告警分系统

状态监测及告警分系统应具有以下功能:

a)监测平流层飞艇环境状态并将相关数据传送至数据处理和控制分系统;
