前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规定

起草。

本文件代替GB/T28690—2012《树脂砂再生成套设备技术条件》,与GB/T28690—2012相比,

除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

a)更改了技术要求中部分设备的名称(见第4章,2012年版的4.3、4.8);

b)更改了技术要求中微粉含量、热交换效率、回收率等参数值(见第4章,2012年版的4.6.1、

4.7.2、4.9.1.5、4.10.4、4.12.14);

c)增加了部分技术要求(见4.1.4、4.2.3、4.4.3、4.7.5、4.7.8~4.7.10、4.9.3.3、4.9.3.4、4.9.4.5~

4.9.4.7、4.10.1、4.10.3、4.10.5、4.11.7);

d)更改了空运转与负荷运转的要求(见4.12、4.13,2012年版的4.12);

e)增加了热法回收后两种树脂砂的回收率(见4.13.15);

f)删除了破碎机的部分技术要求(见2012年版的4.3.1);

g)更改了磁选机磁感应强度的测定(见5.10,2012年版的5.10);

h)删除了型式检验的部分条件(见2012年版的6.2.1);

i)增加了表面粗糙度的测定(见5.12);

j)增加了形位公差的测定(见5.13);

k)增加了双振幅值的测定(见5.14)。

1范围

本文件规定了树脂砂再生成套设备的技术要求,描述了相应的试验方法,规定了检验规则、标志、

包装和贮存等要求。

本文件适用于采用机械再生和热法再生的树脂砂再生成套设备的制造。
