水环境waterenvironment
水环境是指自然界中水的形成、分布和转化所处空间的环境,是指围绕人群空间及可直接或间接影
响人类生活和发展的水体,其正常功能的各种自然因素和有关的社会因素的总体。本文件中的水环境指
的是生活污水、工业废水和自然水体(地表水和地下水)。
4方法原理
向样品中添加同位素内标,样品中的毒品及其代谢物经离线或在线固相萃取柱富集,采用液相色谱
-串联质谱法进行检测,以保留时间(tR)和质谱特征碎片离子进行定性分析,同位素内标法进行定量
分析。
5试剂和材料
5.1试剂
5.1.1通用要求
实验用水符合GB/T6682相关规范,除非另有说明,所用试剂均为分析纯试剂。本标准中所用试剂
和溶液的配制,在未注明规格和配制方法时,均应按GB/T603之规定执行。
5.1.2甲卡西酮标准溶液(ρ=1mg/mL):可用标准物质配制或直接购买有证标准溶液,使用标准物质

配制时应根据标准物质的纯度和盐型进行换算,于-20℃避光、密封保存,有效期为1年。
5.1.3甲卡西酮标准储备溶液(ρ=10mg/L):将甲卡西酮的标准溶液用甲醇稀释,配制成浓度为10
mg/L的标准储备溶液。于-20℃避光、密封保存,有效期为6个月,使用时应恢复至室温,并摇匀。
5.1.4甲卡西酮氘代内标标准溶液(ρ=0.1mg/mL):可用标准物质配制或直接购买有证标准溶液,使
用标准物质配制时应根据标准物质的纯度和盐型进行换算,于-20
