马尾松容器育苗技术规程

1范围

本文件规定了马尾松容器育苗的容器选择、基质配制、种子来源、培育方法、出圃规格及档案管理

等技术要求。

本文件适用于湖南省马尾松容器育苗。

3术语和定义

4育苗容器

4.1容器种类及技术要求

4.1.1无纺布容器

以可降解的植物纤维无纺布制作,厚度23g/m2~27g/m2,适宜培育一年生容器苗。

4.1.2塑料薄膜容器

以无毒可降解塑料薄膜加工制作,厚度0.03mm~0.06mm。容器袋底部应打3个~6个直径为

0.4cm~0.6cm的小孔。适宜培育二年生容器苗。

4.2容器规格

4.2.1容器规格的表示方法

筒状容器以装填基质后容器的直径和高度来表示。

4.2.2容器规格的选择依据

育苗容器大小根据需培育的马尾松苗木规格来确定,在满足苗木生长的前提下,尽量采用小规格的

容器。马尾松不同容器种类育苗的容器规格见附录A。

5育苗基质

5.1基质配制

容器育苗用的基质要因地制宜,就地取材并具备以下基本条件:

a)来源广,成本较低;

b)理化性状良好,通气、透水、保湿;

c)密度小,不带病原菌、虫卵、杂草种子和石块等杂物。

拟采用的常用基质配比:

a)无纺布容器按体积73%泥炭土+18%过筛松林表土+3%饼肥+3%糠灰+3%珍珠岩。

b)塑料薄膜容器按重量50%过筛松林表土+16%木屑+16%过筛腐殖土+16%过筛黄心土+

2%复合肥。

5.2基质消毒及酸碱度调节

5.2.1基质消毒

每立方米基质中,均匀混拌10g~12g的代森锰锌灭菌药粉,淋透高锰酸钾
