前言
本标准由山西省建筑科学研究院有限公司、山西省建筑科学研
究院检测中心有限公司共同提出,经山西省土木建筑学会《关于同
意三项团体标准立项的通知》立项,由山西省建筑科学研究院有限
公司、山西省建筑科学研究院检测中心有限公司、山西安晟科技发
展有限公司会同相关单位成立标准编制组,编制组经广泛调查研究,
认真总结实践经验,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,制定本标准。
本标准主要技术内容是:1.总则;2.术语和符号;3.基本规定;
4.性能要求;5.设计;6.施工;7.质量验收。
本标准由山西省土木建筑学会标准化技术委员会负责管理,由
山西省建筑科学研究院有限公司负责具体技术内容的解释。本标准
执行过程中如有意见和建议,请寄送山西省建筑科学研究院有限公

1总则
1.0.1为规范建筑外墙大模内置泡沫陶瓷板保温系统在建筑工程中
的应用,加快推进建筑外墙保温与结构一体化,做到技术先进、安
全适用、经济合理和确保工程质量,制定本标准。
1.0.2本标准适用于新建、扩建的工业与民用建筑节能工程中,采
用建筑外墙大模内置泡沫陶瓷板保温系统的设计、施工及验收。
1.0.3建筑外墙大模内置泡沫陶瓷板保温系统的性能、设计、施工
及验收除应符合本标准外,尚应符合国家现行相关标准的规定。

2术语和符号
2.1术语
2.1.1建筑外墙大模内置泡沫陶瓷板保温系统built-infoam
ceramicboardinsulationsystem
将泡沫陶瓷保温板置于外模板内侧,以现浇混凝土外墙作为基
层,泡沫陶瓷保温板内表面与混凝土现浇成型后结合成一体,再在
泡沫陶瓷保温板外侧做轻质砂浆找平层、抹面胶浆复合玻纤网布抗
裂层、饰面层形成的外墙外保温系统,简称泡沫陶瓷板保温系统。
2.1.2泡沫陶瓷保温板foamedceramicthermalinsulationpanels
以黏土、石英、碱金属或碱土金属氧化物矿物为原料,或以陶
瓷废渣、珍珠岩尾矿、铁矿尾矿、赤泥、粉煤灰等工业固体废弃物
中的一种或几种为原料,辅以发泡剂等,经高温焙烧发泡而制成的
具有保温隔热性能的轻质板状陶瓷制品,也称为发泡陶瓷保温板。
按泡沫陶瓷保温板密度分为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型。
Ⅰ型:≤130kg/m3。
Ⅱ型:≤180kg/m3。
2.1.3轻质砂浆lightmortar
用于保温板表面,起找平和保护作用的砂浆,主要包括以聚苯
颗粒或(和)玻化微珠为集料的聚合物水泥轻质砂浆,简称轻质砂
浆。
2.1.4玻璃纤维网布glassfibermesh
采用耐碱玻璃纤维纱织造,表面经高分子材料涂覆处理的、具
有耐碱功能的网格状玻璃纤维织物,作为增强材料内置于抹面胶浆
中,用以提高抹面层的抗裂性和抗冲击性,简称玻纤网布。
2.1.5抹面胶浆renderingcoatmortar
由水泥基胶凝材料、高分子聚合物材料以及填料和添加剂等组
成,具有一定变形能力和良好粘结性能,与玻璃纤维网布共同组成抹
面层的聚合物水泥砂浆或非水泥基聚合物砂浆。
2.1.6柔性耐水腻子puttyforexteriorwall

涂饰工程前,施涂于建筑物外墙,以找平、抗裂为主要目的的
柔性基层表面处理材料。
2.1.7连接件connector
用于固定及连接泡沫陶瓷保温板与建筑主体结构的零件。
2.2符号
ωκ——垂直作用于外侧板面上的风荷载标准值;
βgz——阵风系数;
μsl——风荷载局部体型系数;
μz——风压高度变化系数;
ω0——基本风压。

3基本规定
3.0.1泡沫陶瓷板保温系统应能适应基层的正常变形,在长期自重
荷载、风荷载和气候变化的情况下,不应出现裂缝、空鼓、脱落等
破坏现象。
3.0.2泡沫陶瓷板保温系统墙体的保温、防热和防潮性能应符合国
家现行标准《民用建筑热工设计规范》GB50176、《建筑环境通用
规范》GB55016和其他国家现行标准的规定。
3.0.3泡沫陶瓷板保温系统的防火性能应符合国家现行标准《建筑
设计防火规范》GB50016的规定。
3.0.4模板工程设计应符合国家现行标准《混凝土结构工程施工规
范》GB50666和《建筑施工模板安全技术规范》JGJ162的规定。
3.0.5泡沫陶瓷板保温系统工程各组成部分应具有物理—化学稳定
性,所有组成材料应彼此相容并应具有防腐性。
3.0.6泡沫陶瓷板保温系统混凝土应振捣密实均匀,系统墙面及接
茬处应光滑、平整。
3.0.7泡沫陶瓷板保温系统的性能检验项目应为型式检验项目,型
式检验报告的有效期应为2年,泡沫陶瓷保温板及配套材料应由制
造商配套供应。
3.0.8在正确使用和维护的条件下,泡沫陶瓷板保温系统应满足建
筑的设计使用年限要求,做到建筑保温结构一体化。
3.0.9泡沫陶瓷板保温系统的保温层与其内侧的现浇混凝土墙体同
步设计、同步施工和同步验收。

4性能要求
4.1一般规定
4.1.1泡沫陶瓷板保温系统主要组成材料宜包括:泡沫陶瓷保温板、
连接件、轻质砂浆、抹面胶浆、玻纤网布、柔性耐水腻子等。
4.1.2泡沫陶瓷板保温系统选用的材料应符合设计要求、国家现行
有关标准和本标准的规定,并应有质量证明文件。
4.1.3泡沫陶瓷板保温系统构造示意如图4.1.3所示。

4.1.4泡沫陶瓷板保温系统性能指标和检验方法应符合表4.1.4的
规定。

4.2产品性能
4.2.1泡沫陶瓷保温板的垂直度偏差不应大于3mm,弯曲不应大于
