前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规定

起草。

本文件是GB/T32234《个人浮力设备》的第7部分。GB/T32234已经发布了以下部分:

——第1部分:远洋船舶用救生衣安全要求;

——第2部分:救生衣性能等级275安全要求;

——第7部分:材料和部件安全要求和试验方法;

——第8部分:附件安全要求和试验方法;

——第9部分:试验方法。

本文件代替GB/T32234.7—2015《个人浮力设备第7部分:材料和部件安全要求和试验方

法》,与GB/T32234.7—2015相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

a)更改了材料和部件的一般要求(见4.1.1,2015年版的4.1.1);

b)更改了表1“缝线”中的合规标准(见表1,2015年版的表1);

c)更改了织物性能要求(见4.3.2和表2,2015年版的4.3.2和表2);

d)更改了结构织带的合规标准(见表5,2015年版的表5);

e)更改了结构系带的合规标准(见表6,2015年版的表6);

f)增加了“概述”(见4.5.1);

g)更改了结构包边的合规标准(见表7,2015年版的表7);

h)更改了拉链的合规标准(见表8,2015年版的表8);

i)更改了织带扣紧装置和调整器的合规标准(见表9,2015年版的表9);

j)更改了结带扣紧装置和调整器的合规标准(见表10,2015年版的表10);

k)更改了泡沫浮力材料密度试验的样品数量(见表12,2015年版的表12);

l)删除了泡沫浮力材料的尺寸分析试验(见2015年版的4.8.2.10);

m)更改了充气室材料的合规标准(见表15,2015年版的表13);

n)删除了压力和粘合试验(见2015年版的4.9.2.3);

o)更改了窗口材料的试验项目、试验方法和合规标准(见表21,2015年版的表21)。

本文件等同采用ISO12402⁃7:2020《个人浮力设备第7部分:材料和部件安全要求和试验

方法》。

引言

随着我国经济社会各方面的发展,各类水上休闲和工作活动已经非常频繁和普遍。由于各种水域

及周边环境差别很大,其活动危险性的差别也非常大,因而对于安全设施的要求也有很大不同。因此,

根据国际上的先进公约、规范制定本文件就十分必要和迫切。GB/T32234旨在规定个人浮力设备的

安全要求和试验方法,拟由10个部分构成。

——第1部分:远洋船舶用救生衣安全要求。目的在于规定远洋船舶用救生衣的通用安全

要求。

——第2部分:救生衣性能等级275安全要求。目的在于规定救生衣性能等级275的专用安全

要求。

——第3部分:救生衣性能等级150安全要求。目的在于规定救生衣性能等级150的专用安全

要求。

——第4部分:救生衣性能等级100安全要求。目的在于规定救生衣性能等级100的专用安全

要求。

——第5部分:浮力用具(等级50)安全要求。目的在于规定浮力用具(等级50)的专用安全

要求。

——第6部分:特殊用途救生衣和浮力用具安全要求和附加试验方法。目的在于规定特殊用途

救生衣和浮力用具的安全要求和附加试验方法。

——第7部分:材料和部件安全要求和试验方法。目的在于规定救生衣材料和部件的安全要求

和试验方法。

——第8部分:附件安全要求和试验方法。目的在于规定救生衣附件的安全要求和试验方法。

——第9部分:试验方法。目的在于规定远洋船舶用救生衣的试验方法。
