引言

工业互联网平台作为新一代信息技术与制造业深度融合的产物,是促进工业经济全要素、全产业

链、全价值链深度互联,驱动实体经济数字化转型的关键支撑。当前,我国工业互联网平台加速发展,

平台应用广度与深度不断提升,全面掌握发展基础、应用成效、生态服务、经济运行等工业互联网平台

总体发展态势意义重大。因此,亟须建立一套统一、规范化和可操作的监测分析流程及指标体系,为各

行业、各区域产业运行监测分析提供参考。

本文件是工业互联网平台管理体系系列标准化文件之一。

方法,提供了监测数据对接、监测数据分析和监测数据管理等方面的内容。

4工作原则

组织开展监测分析工作,宜遵循以下原则。

a)技术获取性:监测数据可自动归集,避免手动填报。

b)科学性:监测数据能够科学准确反映产业变动。

c)完整性:监测数据全面覆盖工业互联网平台本身以及对开发者、应用企业提供的服务。

d)非密性:监测数据采集不触碰工业互联网平台商业秘密。

5工作流程

工业互联网平台监测分析工作的主要过程包括明确实施目标、确定样本范围、构建指标体系、制定

技术方案、开展数据对接、分析监测数据、推动持续改进等,见图1。

a)明确实施目标:根据监测分析工作需求确定实施目标,形成分析产品和服务目录。

b)确定样本范围:选择具有较好的行业代表性和科学表征意义的平台作为监测分析对象。

c)构建指标体系:明确监测指标内容及数据采集项。
