本标准等同采用国际电工委员会电子元器件质量评定体系标准IEC/PQC88《印制板总规范》

(1990年版)。

总则

1.1范围

本规范是欧洲电工标准化委员会((CENELEC)电子元器件质量评定体系中印制板的总规范(GS),

它与准备好安装元器件的印制板有关,而与它们的制造方法无关。

1.2目的

本规范的目的是为批准制造厂及其产品而确定其评定体系和程序,并为制定印制板规范提供制定

规则。

1.4总的考虑

印制板有下列重要因素不同于大多数其他元器件,如:

—无具有标准图形和尺寸的标准板,而有无数变型和电路图形;

—它们是“客户定作的”,即某特定印制板的所有细节必须由客户与制造厂协商;

—尽管其总产量相当大,但某特定印制板的产量也可能是很小的.

因此.CECCO0107第I部分通“用质量评定程序”中阐述的CECC鉴定批准程序是不适用的,有必

要使用CECC00114第.部分规定的《CECC能力批准程序尸。

印制板的能力批准是基于使用作为能力鉴定元器件的综合试验图形,并选用合适的试验方法和要

求,对下列各种印制板进行鉴定:

—无金属化孔单、双面印制板;

—有金属化孔单、双面印制板;

—多层印制板;

—挠性印制板。

注:上列印制板类型不齐全。

能力批准的一项重要要求就是制造厂应论证其设施和工艺所必须具备的能力。

印制板的基“本”能力和“附加”能力(见本总规范的3.1,3.5.2和3.5.3)有下列区别:

—基本能力是按CECC或国家代表机构(ONH)的能力详细规范(CapDS)而确定的能力,术语

“基本”不是表示评定、测试或要求的任何最低水平。

—附加能力是除基本能力之外的任何能力,如:

·能加工的印制板的最大尺寸;

·相对板厚的金属化孔的最小直径;

·最小导线宽度和间距;

·最多层数;

·表面镀涂层。

这些内容作为附加能力(对基本能力作补充)来要求、验证和承认。

1.5规范结构

尽管印制板在一些重要因素方面不同于按鉴定批准程序鉴定的电子元器件,而必须采用能力批准

程序,但正如按鉴定批准程序鉴定元器件规则所述,各种规范应尽可能在实践中得到采用。

对于按鉴定批准程序进行评定的元器件和按能力批准进行评定的印制板来说,所有较高层次的规

范基本上都有相同的水平和同样的重要性,这些规范是:

—基础规范(BS);

—总规范(GS);

—分规范(SS),

每个分规范((SS)税盖一类印制板,如无金属化孔单、双面印制板,多层印制板等。

按鉴定批准程序评定元器件的空白详细规范结构是不适用于印制板的,为此.本总规范(GS)的第5

章规定了制定详细规范的规则。

按鉴定批准程序评定元器件的详细规范(DS)具有两个功能:

—依据详细规范鉴定和批准;

一一描述所提交的产品。

对于按能力批准程序评定的印制板,有必要将这两个功能分开,并分别由两个不同的下列规范包括

这两个功能:

—鉴定和批准能力的能力详细规范(CapDS);

—描述交付产品的用户详细规范(CDS),这就是说由用户设计印制板.

附录B对规范结构作了介绍,能力详细规范(CapDS)和用户详细规范(CDS)的进一步细节及其制

定规则均在第5章中作了规定。

特定规定

2.1初始制造阶段

初始制造阶段应被定义为加工前对基材进行的进厂检验。

该阶段和所有后面的加工应在批准的总检查员的直接监督下进行。当该初始制造阶段和后面的加

工阶段由子承包商完成时,只要在每种情况下,国家监督机构(ONS)认为是采用了等效控制,就可同意

能力批准

2.2结构类似印制板

具有所有下列共同特征的印制板为结构类似:

—同类型的覆箔基材,如249-2-4-IEC-EP-GC-Cu;

—同类型的印制板,如无金属化孔单、双面印制板或有金属化孔单、双面印制板或多层印制板;

—同类型的表面镀橙层,如锡铅或金或铜等。

2.3合格试验记录(RCE)

当要求有合格试验记录(RCE》时,RCE应符合程序规则RP9,其内容应按本总规范(GS)4.3的规

定和分规范((SS)关于试样数及失效数的规定。

2.4延期交货

质量一致性检验后,在制造厂贮放的印制板超过6个月时,在交付前应进行下列试验:

—可焊性试验(14a):按相应的用户详细规范(CDS)的质量一致性检验中的B2分组进行;

—外观的目视检查:按相应的用户详细规范(CDS)的质量一致性检验的A1分组进行。

2.5完成B组检验前的交货放行

当SJ/Z9007规定的转换为放宽检验的条件适合于B组检验时,允许制造厂在印制板完成这些检

验之前放行。

2.6拒收批的再提交

当试样不符合周期试验的要求时,所采取的措施应符合CECC00114和SJ/Z9007的规定。

2.了印制板及其包装标志

印制板只要可能,每块印制板应清楚地以用户规定的标记作标志。

标志可用导电图形形成,或用适当的标志油墨印刷。

如果供需双方同意,还可用附加信息作标志,如制造厂的名称或识别编码、分规范(SS)号、日期等

等。

任何标志的位置必须由供需双方商定.

包装包装上应用用户详细规范(CDS)所要求的上述资料和任何特殊标记(如用户识别编码)做标

2.8订货资料

对印制板订货时,应引用用户详细规范(CDS),订货资料包括能明确和完整地确定印制板所必需的

所有资料或以适当的方式引用这些资料。

3能力批准和能力批准的维持

概述

此条阐述了为获得能力批准和能力批准的维持所需的要求和程序。

对印制板而言,制造厂的能力分为:

—基本能力:通过使用引用分规范(SS)中的标准试样来评定。

—附加能力:通过使用适合于验证制造厂申报的设施和工艺的附加能力的试样来评定.
