前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件是GB/T45021《光伏组件性能测试和能量评定》的第1部分。GB/T45021已经发布了以

下部分:

——第1部分:辐照度和温度性能测量和功率评定。

本文件修改采用IEC61853⁃1:2011《光伏组件性能测试和能量评定第1部分:辐照度和温度性

能测量和功率评定》。

本文件增加了“术语和定义”一章。

本文件与IEC61853⁃1:2011的技术差异及其原因如下:

——修改了范围(见第1章),以便于更好的反映标准的适用性;

——更改了抽样方法,用GB/T2828(所有部分)代替了IEC60410(见第4章),IEC60410已

废止;

——用规范性引用的IEC60891:2021代替了IEC60891:2008(见9.1和10.1.5),IEC60891已修

订更新版本;

——用规范性引用的IEC60904⁃7:2019代替了IEC60904⁃7(见9.3.6和9.5.6),IEC60904⁃7已修

订更新版本;

——删除IEC61215:2005和IEC61646:2008,对应增加引用了IEC61215-2:2021(见第6章、8.1

和9.5.8),IEC61215:2005和IEC61646:2008已修订合并到IEC61215系列。

本文件做了下列编辑性改动:

——将第1章中资料性引用的IEC61853⁃3增加到参考文献;

——将文本中规范性引用的ISO/IEC17025增加到第2章。

引言

光伏(PV)组件通常在电池温度25℃、辐照度1000W/m2和光谱AM1.5的标准测试条件(STC)

下进行。然而,现场的光伏组件在一系列温度、辐照度和光谱范围内运行,为了准确预测组件在不同条

件下的产能,有必要对宽范围的温度、辐照度、入射角和光谱下对组件进行评估。

GB/T45021《光伏组件性能测试和能量评价》拟由四个部分组成。

——第1部分:辐照度和温度性能测量与功率等级评定。目的在于规定在一系列辐照度和温度

下,根据额定功率(瓦)评估光伏组件性能的要求。

——第2部分:光谱响应度、入射角和组件工作温度测量。目的在于确立测量入射角和光谱响应

度的影响以及根据辐照度、环境温度和风速评估组件温度的测试程序。

——第3部分:光伏组件的额定能量。目的在于描述光伏组件额定能量(瓦时)的计算方法。

——第4部分:标准参考气候文件。目的在于给出可用于能量额定值计算的标准时间段和天气

条件。

1范围

本文件确立了光伏组件的测试和评定系统,确保在一系列特定条件下光伏组件功率[单位为瓦

(W)]以最大功率运行;并给出了光伏组件在不同辐照度和温度下的全套的特性参数,便于进行光伏组

件能量评定(见IEC61853⁃3)。

本文件适用于地面用平板组件,如晶体硅组件以及薄膜组件。本文件也适用于单面组件。
