引言

顶推施工方法在国内桥梁建设工程中已发展成熟,主要应用于桥梁上部结构跨越各种障碍物的施

工,分为拖拉式、推移式、步履式等多种顶推形式。顶推施工方法具有不中断桥下交通、材料设备可重

复利用、施工效率高、便于空中姿态风险监控等优点,在跨越河道、山谷、既有线以及桥区场地环境受限

的桥梁建设中具有明显的优势,近些年来得到了很好地应用。但随着桥梁跨度不断增大、桥型结构愈

发复杂、顶推梁体更重、安装精度越来越高等特点,且步履式顶推施工目前还没有专门的规程或指南可

以参照。因此,结合建设行业采用步履式顶推施工方法进行桥梁安装的实际需求,制定本文件。

本文件系为指导步履式顶推施工方法,统一安全、质量及技术标准要求,规范现场施工作业行为,

在总结该类桥梁建设经验基础上编制而成的,同时结合已有的工程实践经验,对步履式顶推施工的关

键环节和具体控制指标进行了规定。本文件仅限定了步履式顶推施工,不涉及主梁和梁体本身的附属

结构工程施工。除能满足步履式顶推施工的工程外,其他需采用步履式顶推装置进行安装的类似大型

构件亦可参考本文件相关内容。

1范围

本文件提出了钢箱梁步履式顶推的基本规定,规定了临时设施设计与分析计算、步履式顶推系统

安装、梁体拼装及顶推施工、施工监控的要求。

本文件适用于采用步履式顶推施工的梁式桥施工。

3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

步履式顶推walking⁃typeincrementallaunchingtechnology

通过集顶升、平移、横向调整于一体的顶推装置,实现钢箱梁的顺桥向、横桥向、竖向的移动或调

整,利用“顶”“推”“落”“回”四个步骤,形成循环顶推的施工方法。

3.2

步履式顶推系统walking⁃typeincrementallaunchingsystem

为能实现主梁前移施工的步履式顶推装置、液压泵站、控制系统等组成的系统。

3.3

步履式顶推装置walking⁃typeincrementallaunchingequipment

包含顶推顶、顶举顶、纠偏顶,同时集顶推、纠偏、落梁功能于一体的步履式顶推施工的核心装备。

3.4

临时支墩temporarypiers

用于顶推过程中装置布置及落梁的临时支墩。

导梁nosegirder

装于梁前(后)端,为保证梁在移动时的纵向抗倾覆稳定性以及减少梁的悬伸长度从而降低安装应

力的临时辅助结构。

3.6

临时垫梁temporarysupports

用于梁体顶进后落梁阶段位于顶推装置与梁体间的临时支撑、抄垫结构。

3.7

临时塔架temporarytower

用于钢箱梁顶推过程中改善导梁前端下挠及悬臂端应力集中的临时辅助支架。

注:起到了设置导梁解决不了的施工应力的问题。

3.8

施工索力constructiontensionforce

顶推过程中各工况临时塔架扣索的张力。

3.9

线形监控alignmentmonitorandcontrol

顶推施工全过程中对整体梁段线形的监视及控制。

3.10

横向位移lateraldisplacement

由于顶推液压、位移不同步、摩擦力变化、存在水平横坡等导致的梁体横向偏位。

4基本规定

4.1施工准备

4.1.1步履式顶推施工应遵循设计文件的基本要求,同时需结合现场地质、水文和气候条件开展施工

专项方案研究;应熟悉建设、设计、施工、监理等相关文件及技术资料,充分了解桥梁结构特点、设计理

念、施工工艺和质量标准等,全面把握工艺控制的重点和难点。

4.1.2步履式顶推施工前,应编制专项施工方案,并组织专家进行评审。对审批通过的专项施工方案

应进行技术和安全交底,并明确人员监督实施。

4.1.3根据主梁跨度、质量、计算分析结果及工程实际条件,确定顶推施工各项临时辅助措施方案。主

梁节段划分应根据主梁结构设计、设备吊装能力、加工场地大小等因素综合确定。

4.1.4顶推施工前应成立专门的组织指挥机构,安排部署顶推工作,做到统一指挥,分工明确,信息

畅通。

4.2施工设计

4.2.1顶推分为单向顶推和双向顶推,其中双向顶推又分为背向顶推和相向顶推。单向顶推为常用施

工方法,适用于桥梁长度较短的顶推,相对于双向顶推,施工速度较慢;背向顶推适用于桥梁长度较长、

中间具备布置梁场条件、对施工速度要求快的顶推;相向顶推适用于桥梁长度较长、两端具备布置梁场

条件、对施工速度要求快的顶推。

4.2.2顶推流程为:导梁安装—梁段运输至喂梁区—梁段滑移/吊装到位—后一轮梁段与母梁段组

拼—顶推装置起顶—钢箱梁顶推—下一轮次顶推施工—导梁逐段拆除—顶推就位、落梁,详见图1。

4.2.3顶推的平面移动可分为直线和圆曲线,平面圆曲线顶推通过“以直代曲,动态调整”实现。顶推

的立面移动可分为直线和圆曲线,直线和圆曲线均通过拟定行走线前行,当存在多段组合竖向线主梁

时,通过线形拟合的方式将顶推竖向线调整为直线或圆曲线,详见图2。拟定行走线标高=主梁拟合

后线形标高+拟合后线形高差+导梁最大变形+作业空间。
