科目实施要求
1范围
本文件规定了民用大中型固定翼无人机系统(以下简称“无人机系统”)试飞风险科目划分与确
定、风险科目试飞实施的要求。
本文件适用于民用大中型固定翼无人机系统试飞风险科目的控制与实施,其他民用无人机系统参照
使用。
2规范性引用文件
下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文

3术语和定义
GB/T35018、GB/T38152界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
风险科目riskysubject
未经过实践或只经过有限次数实践仍具有危险性、带有探索性,或者易使试验机处于非正常状态具
有危险的科目。
3.2
重大改装greatrefit
对无人机结构强度、气动外形、动力装置、操纵系统及无人机系统其他功能系统有明显影响的
改装。
3.3
首飞firstflight
新的或经过重大改装后的无人机系统的第一次飞行。
3.4
非正常状态abnormalstate
不符合设计技术状态的无人机系统或超出设计使用限制要求的飞行状态或故障状态。
4风险科目划分与确定
4.1总则
风险科目实施的目的是通过对试验风险进行识别,明确风险条件,通过对风险分析与评估,划分风
险等级,确定风险科目,进行实施,从而有效降低试验风险。
