前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T33490—2017《展览展示工程服务基本要求》,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主

要技术变化如下:

a)更改了术语和定义,删除了“承建商”“主场承建商”“特装承建商”,增加了“展览展示工

程企业”(见第3章,2017年版的第3章);

b)将“基本要求”更改为“总体要求”,细分为安全生产、绿色环保和前瞻创新要求(见第

4章,2017年版的第4章);

c)增加了“服务能力”(见第5章);

d)将“岗位要求”更改为“服务人员”,细分为管理人员、技术人员和实施人员要求(见第

6章,2017年版的第6章);

e)将“总则”更改为“通用要求”,并更改了要求内容(见7.1,2017年版的5.1);

f)将“筹备”更改为“策划”,并更改了相关要求(见7.2,2017年版的5.2);

g)更改了“设计”“制作”“搭建”“维护”“拆除”等服务流程的相关要求(见7.3、7.4、

7.5、7.7、7.8,2017年版的5.3、5.4、5.5、5.6、5.7);

h)增加了“验收”“收尾”等服务流程(见7.6、7.9);

i)将“服务质量改进”更改为“评价与改进”(见第8章,2017年版的第7章)。

本文件规定了展览展示工程服务的总体要求、能力要求、人员要求、服务流程以及评价与改进方面

的要求。

本文件适用于展览展示工程服务的规范管理,也能用于展览主办方、参展商评估和选择展览展示工

程服务。

在展览馆、博物馆和各类商业及公共场所,以展示传播为目的的搭建装饰工程项目。

4总体要求

4.1安全生产

展览展示工程企业应建立安全生产管理体系,落实安全责任人,遵守展览场所安全管理规定,对服

务全过程进行安全检查和监督,确保人员和财产安全。

4.2绿色环保

展览展示工程服务应符合GB/T41129—2021对于绿色展台设计、选料、施工、展出、维护、固体
