引言
智慧城市路口智能化路侧系统,通过车联网技术与传统交通设备的结合,综合利用传感技术、网络
技术、计算技术、控制技术和信息处理技术对道路进行智能化改造,对其道路环境、车辆运行和交通出
行状况进行全面感知,实现人、车、路以及社会环境在信息技术下的协同与一体化管控,构建新一代智
能道路基础设施环境,建设基于智能化道路基础设施的智慧交通运输体系。
本文件为智能网联公交车、工程机械物流重卡、共享出行乘用车等智能网联汽车出行构建智能化道
路驾驶环境,统一开放道路路口智能化改造逻辑架构、设施设备、传输接口、功能指标、性能指标等要
求。

本文件规定了智慧城市路口智能化改造所涉及的系统结构、系统功能性指标、路侧系统组成要素、
配套供电系统等要求。
本文件适用于智慧城市路口智能化设计、建设和管理的新建或改造项目,其他与建设、运营、集成、
设备和管理的相关单位可参考使用。
