1范围
本文件规定了大棚辣椒越夏长季节栽培的产地环境、整地施基肥、培育壮苗、定植、大棚管理、病
虫害防治、采收、废弃物处理和生产档案等要求。
本文件适用于大棚辣椒越夏长季节栽培。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
大棚辣椒越夏长季节栽培Trans-summerlong-seasoncultivationofchillipepperinplastic
greenhouse
利用大棚等设施,配套大苗越冬、春提早栽培、越夏剪枝、秋延后栽培等技术,使辣椒生育期达到
12个月以上、采收期6个月以上的一年一茬栽培方式。
4产地环境
4.1环境条件
应符合NY/T391的规定。
4.2土地选择
宜选择土层深厚、有机质丰富、排灌方便且至少2年内未种过茄科作物的沙壤土或壤土。

5整地施基肥
5.1施基肥
土壤翻耕前,每667m2撒施生石灰100kg~150kg进行土壤消毒。深翻土壤30cm以上,晒土3d~
5d。结合整地施基肥,每667m2均匀撒施硫酸钾型复合肥30kg~50kg、优质有机肥300kg~500kg,
撒施后旋耕土壤。施肥应符合NY/T394的规定。
5.2整地作畦
8m跨度大棚一般作5条畦,6m跨度大棚一般作4条畦,按畦宽90cm~100cm、沟宽60cm、沟
深25cm开沟作畦,耙碎表土后铺滴灌带、覆膜。
6培育壮苗
6.1品种选择
选择株型紧凑、较耐低温和高温、抗病性强、植株再生能力强以及市场适销的辣椒品种,如兴蔬
215、丰抗21、兴蔬皱皮辣、兴蔬301和好农78等品种。
6.2种子质量
应符合GB16715.3的规定。
6.3育苗方式
宜采用穴盘集约化育苗。
6.4播种
6.4.1播种时间
10月下旬为宜。
6.4.2种子处理
播种前,晒种1h~2h,将种子放入55℃热水中浸种30min,温汤浸种时,间隙加热水维持水
温55℃,并不断搅拌种子。之后加冷水降到常温,再浸种4h~5h。然后用清水洗净种皮上的粘液,
晾干表面水分后播种。
6.4.3播种及用种量
采用规格为32孔或50孔的穴盘,基质应符合NY/T2118的规定,每667m2播种量20g~25g,
每穴播种1粒,播后覆盖地膜保温保湿。
