前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T27530—2011《牛出血性败血病诊断技术》,与GB/T27530—2011相比,除结构

调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

——更改了适用范围(见第1章,2011年版的第1章);

——增加了缩略语(见第4章);

——更改了临床诊断特点,并增加了临床诊断的结果判定(见第5章,2011年版的第4章);

——更改了细菌分离、镜检、鉴定的操作步骤(见第7章、第8章,2011年版的第5章);

——增加了细菌的分离培养所用培养基(见7.1、附录A);

——更改了细菌的涂片染色镜检(见7.2、附录B,2011年版的5.2、附录A);

——删除了MR、VP试验,β⁃半乳糖苷酶试验,柠檬酸盐利用试验(见2011年版的5.3.2.3.2、

5.3.2.3.4、5.3.2.3.5);

——更改了细菌的生化特性鉴定方法,并规定了不同生化试验的培养基制备(见8.1、附录A、附录

B,2011年版的5.3.2.3);

——更改了间接血凝试验的荚膜抗原与抗血清制备方法(见8.2,2011年版的5.3.2.4.1);

引言

牛出血性败血症(Bovinehaemorrhagicsepticaemia)是黄牛、水牛、牦牛、奶牛和野牛的一种主要疫

病,由多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pasteurellamultocida,Pm)某些血清型引起,典型症状为高致死性急性败血症

和纤维素性化脓性肺炎等。本病以散发为主,偶尔呈小区域地方流行,危害较大。世界动物卫生组织

(WOAH)将牛出血性败血症列为法定名录疫病,我国将其列为三类动物疫病。

多杀性巴氏杆菌分为5个荚膜血清型(A、B、D、E、F),各荚膜血清型之间的交叉免疫保护作用弱,

制订针对性防控措施时须首先进行血清型鉴定。

本文件的修订参考了WOAH《陆生动物诊断试验和疫苗手册》(2022),并结合了我国相关技术研

究新成果。
